Came to our rescue the same day I called. Did a temporary fix until our heat pump could be replaced the next day. Installation went smoothly. Tech was very polite and helpful. Will use Cornerstone with any future plumbing issues.

We had a huge back-up at our facility involving 9 toilets. The problem went on for a couple weeks. We had 3 other companies take a swing at it and couldn't identify the problem. I saw Cornerstone plumbing had really good reviews. After giving them a call they were here instantly. I met Dan and Eric. They were professional and courteous. Dan told me "You called the right people; we're going to take care of you". He snuffed out the issue in great time and restored our plumbing issue back to normal. They earned our business that day. Fantastic job by those two gentleman and Cornerstone Plumbing lived up to its fantastic rating. I will suggest them to anyone in need.

This is the second time I had to call Cornerstone. The first time was a few days ago when Kris came out and did such a good job on short notice to fix a sudden leak at a reasonable price. This second time was to have them give me a video inspection of my plumbing. This time Dan came out, and I had an equally good experience with him. He was professional, thorough and just a decent pleasant guy. He sent me the video and walked me through the options to address what the video showed. There was no pressure to move forward on one of his several proposals, and I thought the prices of the options were reasonable. I would not hesitate to call Cornerstone again. Once again, highly recommended

There are good people working at this location! There is a company of a VERY SIMILAR NAME AND LOGO operating, as well, so do not get the two confused like I did!
Extremely impressed with their professionalism and decorum!

After dealing with Corner Stone for over five years on a major remodel on snail Island we are still dealing with problems and matters that have not yet been addressed. Throughout the course of this time. Dealing with multiple plumbers and multiple supervisors. Corner Stone still cannot get it together. Dealing with Corner Stone has been a complete debacle and a complete disappointment. After paying hundreds of thousands of dollars. For new pipes remodel, bathrooms, hardware it’s been a complete debacle disaster and I highly do not recommend them for anything. After dismissing the contractor we took over the project because of signed off work that was not completed or in adequate work. The lack of communication breakdown and communication. This company has no integrity. I highly regret using them. By far the worst plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Tom was amazing. Saved us a lot of time and money. Was willing to fix the problem and was the lowest price of 3 estimates.
We will use Cornerstone Plumbing Company in the future.

John was quick...he fixed the problem(and diagnosed it) very confidently and gave me useful information. He is very friendly and I recommend him to anyone.

I engaged Cornerstone Plumbing for a kitchen plumbing project totaling $2,400, which was to include the installation of a sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and related plumbing work. While the sink was installed as scheduled, the remaining scope of work was not completed, despite multiple confirmed appointments.
Several scheduled visits were missed without notice, and no proactive communication was provided. I attempted numerous follow-ups via phone and voicemail, but received no consistent or timely response. Ultimately, due to the lack of progress and communication, I hired a licensed plumber who completed the work for $1,807.
Shortly after I submitted a one-star review on Google, I received an email from the company’s office manager referencing unrelated reviews I had written about other businesses, along with a warning about potential legal consequences for posting public feedback. I found this response both inappropriate and concerning, particularly given the unresolved nature of the issue.

Update (Following Conversation with Blaine):
I spoke with Blaine from Cornerstone Plumbing, and he was professional, respectful, and did a good job of validating my concerns. He made a clear effort to address the issues and communicate constructively, which I appreciated.

Although they did not refund the full cost of the project, they did issue a $1,300 partial refund. While this amount was not ideal given the additional $1,807 I paid to another plumber, it was at least an attempt to remedy the situation.

Based on this experience, I still recommend exercising caution when hiring this company, but I want to acknowledge the effort made by Blaine to improve the resolution process.

Zachary came by this morning and saved the day! He was professional, very effective and fair. Cornerstone continues to impress - we’ve used them for years at multiple properties. When there’s a plumbing issue, Zach and Cornerstone will be our first call.

Zachary was amazing! Our water heater got flagged by insurance with some corrosion. He explained what the problem was and did a great job to fix it. Went above and beyond to communicate, and get our job done! Highly recommend! Great experience from start to finish!

Wayne and Stephen were great! They did a solid job with my installation and made sure everything was done right.
I had to reschedule my appointment and they were really helpful and easy about it. They also cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated!

Cornerstone plumbing did a great job fixing our shower faucet. Our tech was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful.

Next day service and install! We had 2 water heaters installed we lost in the hurricane.

When I initially requested someone to come out and provide an estimate, I was told it was a free estimate. When the technician showed up, they told me that if I did not move forward with their work that day, I would owe them $79. This was never conveyed to me, which was very frustrating. I felt pressured to move forward with the work and they flushed my tankless water heater system, changed the Whole house filter, and installed a bidet in the master bathroom. They initially wanted to charge me $800, but were willing to match the price of someone else who was only charging $400. In retrospect installing the bidet was so easy that I wish I would not have used them since they charged me over $100 to do that particular job. After installation, the toilet seat did not sit correctly, and the technician told me that he would come out for free in the next 30 days and change it for a different one. When I called to make the appointment for that, another tech told me they would only do it if I bought a second bidet and they could charge me an additional fee for that. I feel like I was misinformed, and the technician that I spoke to on the phone the second time was incredibly rude and told me “we don’t owe you anything.“ So I will never use this company again.

Wayne from Cornerstone Plumbing was awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get the job done right. You could tell he really knew his stuff and cared about doing quality work. He also took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Great experience from start to finish, highly recommend Wayne and the whole Cornerstone team!

Austin came out to help install new plumbing for my small dog grooming business. It was a challenging project but he handled it with professionalism and enthusiasm. Such a knowledgeable, honest, and hard working guy. Now that the job is done, I couldn’t be happier. Very highly recommend!! 😊

I have used cornerstone plumbing a few times for different things and I recommend them to people. This company always communicates if they happen to be a little behind but that doesn’t usually happen. Today, Luis came prompt and took his time to show me the different things I need to have done to either fix my contractors mistakes or some preventative measures as my house has been under construction. He gave me a fair quote and I’ll be calling them in the next few weeks to schedule!

We were thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service and quality of work recently provided for us by Cornerstone Plumbing. The whole experience was top notch and that started with our interactions with the modern, easy to use website that allowed us the convenience to book an appointment after hours and even upload photos of our project. Next, we had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony who further assisted us, and the great continued communication provided by text and email were very helpful. Then later were our interactions with Kris the plumber who came onsite and performed a very skillful, high-quality repair. I would have to say that Cornerstone exceeded our expectations for both a quality repair and an affordable price and that their employees were knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. We were Completely Satisfied and look forward to referring them to our friends and family! :-)

Jonathan Lee came by our house and solved a serious issue we had in a bind. he was timely, friendly, and an expert. He made the experience so much better for us and would recommend him 100 times over
