Adam did an inspection for my ac and the duct work as well as just overall checking the system. He was very personable and professional. He went through my system and into my attic and found some leaks as well as poorly installed ducts. He was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed him walking me through my system as well as letting me know what exactly is going to happen over a long term use of the way it is now. He helped out a lot and was very timely on it as well. Our unit stopped working yesterday and had I been home they would have been able to get out that day. Very very likely to continue using Joe Cool services! Thanks again Adam and my dogs enjoyed your company too, basically wanted to go home with you haha.

Bill came out and walked me through everything Adam had gone over with me an hour previously and also was able to walk me through the best route for the future on what equipment we will need to use. I really enjoyed talking with Bill as we had quite a bit in common as well as he was very detailed with specifics and costs. Both Adam and Bill were on the same page when it came to costs of products and labor. Truthfully I really enjoyed my time with Joe Cool today, the gentlemen that work here are very personable and professional and I am very glad I had such a great experience! Bill I appreciate all of the time you spent with me and my wife over the afternoon explaining things thoroughly and giving us piece of mind in the long run and how to bring our electric bill down as well. Really really appreciate you guys!!

WOW! Smooth process from start to finish! I called this morning to get assistance with my malfunctioning AC. Less than an hour after calling, they had a technician at my doorstep! Jarrett was thorough, kind, and courteous throughout the entire repair process. He clearly explained everything to me and answered all of my questions with ease! If you’re looking for a prompt and professional AC repair, these people are the ones to call! Happy to report my AC is running smoothly and the repair was reasonably priced.

Josh was excellent. He took the time to go over all the options with us and then advised me on he thought was best. I felt he had my best interest at heart vs just telling me you need to do this or that. Quality of repair was very good. We were impressed and signed up for annual maintenance because of that comfort level. Definitely recommend Josh and the company.

Dan was very knowledgeable and answered every question. He was efficient and also polite. No pressure to make a decision on the spot. Provided full information and video of exactly where blockages in our sewer line are causing issues. We are very pleased and recommend Dan and Cornerstone Plumbing highly.

Had an issue with one of our toilets so we called Cornerstone Plumbing in the morning. A very experienced tech named Tom came, same day, a few hours after our call, provided us with a quick estimate and started working on the job immediately. Tom knew exactly what to do and we learned a few things from his 30+ years of experience. Tom was quick, clean, efficient, and got the job done right away. Our toilet is now working like new! Thanks, Tom!!!

Highly recommend Cornerstone plumbing and Dan! He found our clean out that was buried and was able to camera where a prior company said they couldn't. He saved us from unnecessary repairs that another company originally quoted us which would have involved a kitchen remodel that we didn't need. Would use them again!

Whoever drives this vehicle is irresponsible. Passed me on the veterans expressway going at least 90mph and was weaving in and out of traffic. Not a good representation of your company.

Was having a repeating issue with my shower drain getting clogged up constantly. We called and Dan came to the house a few days later. He came in and identified the problem immediately AND was able to fix the issue plus a water pressure issue with the bathroom sink in no time. Super nice guy and very professional, will definitely be calling back if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

I’ve dealt with Josh Tom, and today Phil came and replaced a flange and wax seal on my toiled along with unclogging a shower. I highly reconnnd this company for big and small jobs. Zachary was very professional and pleasant. He came the day after I called about our water pressure issue, diagnosed it was our old water softener that was the problem and replaced our water softener the next day after that. We are very pleased with his service and highly recommend Zachary and Cornerstone Plumbing.

Called this company last week to fix a leaking faucet that needs repaired before I can do a bathroom remodel. Representative shows up, charges me 10× the cost of the part (faucet) to which I can understand somewhat as I worked in A/C sales for 20 years, and understand the cost of running a business. Anyway, my wife and I battled influenza A and couldn't deal with contacting anyone for a week. Overpriced faucet leaks worse than before the fix. They texted same day as repair to see how the service was and since it was still slowly dripping at the time we stated we were not happy and they said they would contact us within 24 hours. They never did. I would be very wary using this company. Although the technician was nice, the problem got worse. They probably have a false 4.9 rating due to having someone in the office who persuades customers to change their reviews with incentives. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
