Our technician Rae'Quaris Metcalf from Joe Cool Home Services was on time and observed COVID-19 protocols and was equipped with a face mask, had gloves and hand sanitizer. Rae’Quaris keep their distance and made sure our personal safety is our priority, so he went over everything and waited for us to ask questions. Great tech and friendly person!

Brandon was excellent! He asked for a rundown of our behavior and experience with the sinks/showers/commodes so he could best investigate and remedy the clogging issue. Then he was totaling engaged in multiple parallel efforts. They net result he was very thorough and gave us tips on possible reasons for the clogging and how best to prevent recurrence. Thank you Brandon!!!

Dale came out to install a new kitchen faucet and did a fabulous job, he was also able to fix my bathroom faucet. Will request him for future jobs. He is respectful of surroundings and very courteous.

Joe did routine maintenance on my AC system. He was very thorough and found more than $1000 in possible repairs. I chose to have only one done- he replaced a low functioning capacitor which cost me just over $200. Joe took lots of photos and gave me a detailed written list of future repairs I might need.

Thank you for sending out such a knowledgeable repairman, we are very pleased with James “Rick” he answered questions and explained things as he did the service on our Air Conditioner. He is very personable and trustworthy you can and we hope you will send him back again.

Janelle and Chantelle were both pleasant and professional on the phone. Mike C. came out in a short time and diagnosed a leaking supply line for the water softener (no longer installed), which was leaking into the garage. He removed the faulty sections and cleaned it up with new PVC. No more leaks, and the membership I purchased offered a great value for future maintenance needs.
I recommend Joe Cool/Case Plumbing wholeheartedly and believe that you would be satisfied also.

I feel bad, I don’t remember the name of the technician who came out today. He was curious and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail. He also answered any question I had.
There is a reason that I have been a Joe cool customer for almost 20 years.

The entire team was delightful to speak to and organize. I knew going in there would be a $75.00 house call. When service person arrived I was impressed with overall politeness, but my call was simple....change our the garbage disposal. My estimate was $599. if I provided disposal, $959.00 if they provided it, $1684.00 to redo plumbing underneath sink that is and has been working beautifully. Joe Cool bought out Case Plumbing and so here come national (?) prices, big company prices. I'd rather give it to the local companies. Not sure why I called them. I won't again because this is not service with value, even considering delightful employee and customer service. Very friendly, professional to deal with, but prices are way out of the ballpark. The technician understood why I didn't go ahead and was as curtious leaving as he was arriving. I applauded him for that. It was a quick $75.00 + $5.00 gas fee for the time he spent here. I did find out company takes very good care of their employees and they drive new vehicles, so safe etc. I have no problem taking good care of employees, but even so I think there prices are way out of line.
I could not fathom paying nearly $1,000.00 to replace a garbage disposal, with no etc problems. I have seen a similar $$$ situation with another local company being bought out.

Kyle was very professional and helpful when discussing our damaged water heater. He gave us options to either repair or replace. He was very clear with information and demonstration. While he was there we decided to have a shower remodel (from tub to walk-in) and have all hardware replaced. It was great knowing we could use 'one-stop shopping' for many other fixes we may need. Kyle gave us a very good 'bundle' deal which made us very happy. We are going to sign up for the annual maintenance program, which is also another very good deal, to keep our A/C and other home services in tip-top shape. Kyle explained it all to us and we feel confident in Kyle's expertise. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and he was very forthcoming with their affordable prices. Thanks, Joe Cool!!

We had a very good experience with Case Plumbing to diagnose and repair a recurrent, mysterious wet spot in our laundry room that did not seem to be related to the washer or other related plumbing. They were able to send a technician, Dale, to our home on the same day as the call and he ultimately determined that it may actually be coming from an upstairs bathroom. He was patient with reviewing with us the options for definitive diagnosis which ultimately required opening up the affected drywall. We agreed to it and he professionally and cleanly completed the task, confirmed that there was a defect in the 3" drain stack leading from the upstairs bathroom, and was able to repair the pipe within a few minutes of obtaining the appropriate fittings. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience despite the unexpected circumstances leading to it!
