TOP NOTCH COMPANY from the very first phone call! We just bought a house in St Pete and discovered we needed a draining/pump system for the overflow of water in our backyard. Richard came out the same day of my call, gave us an assessment, then came back over to meet with my husband in person in the evening to explain everything, what materials would be used, what his team of technicians would be doing etc. The next day Will and Steve came out and immediately got to work. They were extremely professional, personable, funny, easy going, and cleaned up everything as they went along during the project! Our dog loves all 3 of them so much she always tries to get in the truck with any of them when they leave and then sits outside looking for them after they’re gone, lol
I will definitely use them again and again should we ever have problems with anything in the future!

I do not recommend Cornerstone plumbing. They rescheduled our job 3-4 times without even calling to let us know. We had to be the ones constantly calling them (AFTER the scheduled appointment time). We ended up just cancelling the job because of how terrible their communication was and their inability to actually complete the job. Also had to reach out quite a few times to get them to mail us our deposit back. Do not recommend Cornerstone Plumbing.

John was an absolute amazing and very knowledgeable professional and knows what he is doing. He will give you a great price on any issues. I will ONLY USE JOHN AS MY PLUMBER FROM NOW ON

I was super impressed with Cornerstone and especially Luis Ramos one of their plumbers. Not only was he able to get to my parents house quickly to fix a problem but he understood the situation with them being elderly and what they needed to be able to help them specifically. Since I was unable to be on site he communicated with me via phone and text throughout the process and even sent me pictures upon completion. I would highly recommend Cornerstone to everyone based on my experience.

Service repair same day for plumbing. Luis R was excellent! He is courteous, knowledgeable, he explained everything so well. This company was referred to us by Nelson construction and we are very pleased with the work.

Troy and James were great. They quoted me a price before the work started. The job was done with expertise and was completed quickly. Outside water supply line repair. I will continue to use Cornerstone for all my plumbing work.

This is the third time I've worked with Cornerstone Plumbing. Every time they've been courteous and knowledgeable. Today Luis fixed my toilet. He let me know what the cost would be prior to starting and what possible cost there would be depending on what he found after he started. Fortunately for me the fix was minimal.

These guys have been my go to plumbing company for the last year. Installed my tankless water heater, maintenaned it, educated me on my plumbing woes, issues, and questions while recommending solutions. Austin came out today stayed cool and professional throughout the process and definitely did all of the above not only educating me and recommending solutions but showing me them as well. Austin from Cornerstone Plumbing was great! This Plumbing business goes above and beyond in making sure everything is fixed properly. There was an additional issue that needed to be addressed a week later and they offered to come out the same day! Very organized and timely with appointments. They made sure to make everything perfect! Highly recommend! Austin is a great employee!

I can’t recommend this company anymore. I’ve used them three times. (Water Heater Installation, Maintenance, and to help diagnose a leak) The first installation went great — professional and smooth.

The next two visits were disappointing. I was quoted one price over the phone for maintenance but the technician attempted to charge more in person and had to argue to get the original rate honored while warning me of longevity of a system they had just installed 10 months prior. They also misdiagnosed a leak, charged me hundreds for a fix on a drain that didn’t solve the problem, came back out and misdiagnosed again. They referred me to other companies based on the wrong diagnosis. Then the companies referred didn't even do what the plumber thought the issue was. Our problem turned out to take $10 to solve on our own.

They’ve also called me the wrong name every visit despite correcting them. Really frustrating after such a strong first experience.

Called for a estimate guys came out and ran a camera through my old Orangeburg pipe then explained to me why it was clogging.Got a call from the office and was surprised their was a camera fee to say the least. Amanda very professionally explained to me 2/3 of the camera fee would be taken off my estimate and it was.the work they did was great the price was good . the employees did a good job and cleaned up and took all the old stuff with them and answered all my questions. I have alot of questions. Called Stan on a off day and he took the time to answer all my questions.in the end you just have to trust people and take people for their word. Stan and C&W kept theirs. I will use them again hope their ready for more questions.

This company is FANTASTIC! We were desperate, only having 1 bathroom and 3 people in the house, our toilet would not flush without nearly over flowing! UGH!
I called several other plumbers only to be told that the earliest they could get me an appointment was the following Tuesday and if I wanted after hours plumbing which could be anytime between five and 10 o’clock at night it would be an additional hundred dollars per hour ouch.
I was referred to CW Plumbing by a neighbor. So I called expecting to hear the same thing, Cristy answered the phone and after hearing my plea of desperation she calmly told me she could have someone here in about 30 to 45 minutes.They showed up in 40 minutes took care of the problem, gave us some advice and we were charged $100.00 LESS than all the other plumbing companies.

Thank you Theron for being competent. I’m a homeowner in Pinellas park we had a home owners nightmare Christmas Eve. A water feed pipe blew out and drenched my newly renovated flooring and Kitchen. Thank you CW for great customer service and quoting lower than most did in our area. The leak and sealed now on to new floors.

Theron came out the same day as I called, and got our faucet fixed along with clearing out all other faucets/shower heads while he was here. We now have great water pressure everywhere in the house. Great service!!
