8 people working in warehouse and it took them over 2.5 hours to unload a trailer that was only half full of waterheaters. Not any other Ferguson has taken so long! Don't schedule a truck for noon if your not willing to start at that time!!! The people are nice but don't care about drivers time or clock. I had another load to pick up but gonna get stuck in traffic at this rate.

Kevin Cravitz at the St. Pete store was super helpful and walked me through a very frustrating issue. Honestly it was great to have someone who was professional and knew exactly how to help. Thank you Ferguson and Kevin for helping out. Five stars.

COMPLETE RIPOFF - Was quoted $105 an hour ( Install faucet and disposal for new sink) guy was here for an hour and a half and charged 300 bucks( $25 dollars for plumbers putty) STAY AWAY from these crooks.

Always professional and always on time and they always do great work. I can't say enough good things about them!!

First day cancelled without any notice; had taken the day off to get bath tub in.
Scheduled again for next day, charged time for collecting supplies from supply shop that they should have had with them since they knew tub was being changed. Also charged for "tub waste" which I have no clue about since I took the old tub out and had disposed off prior to their arrival.

I have used Professional Plumbing Solutions multiple times for my home and business. They are always friendly, prompt and professional. George even did a quick toilet change out free of charge. I will be using them on a buildout on my business later this year. Keep up the great work PPS.
