I had a massive project dropped in my lap with 20 hours to prepare and 3 days to complete. It was outside of my normal scope of work but the staff walked through every aspect of the job and helped me correct areas where I was unsure. They were able to help compile my materials and in the end I only had to run for a few parts on the last day. 1 oversight I had made would have caused me to fail my inspection had the staff not noticed my error and corrected me while compiling my order. They took the time to help me get this job done & it's really not their job to help me figure out how to do my job. I don't think I could have completed this job in the time I was given without their help. Thanks guys!

Huge selection of plumbing supplies for any job, and very knowledgeable staff. Some of the “tenured” front desk guys make it a little challenging to order specific plumbing parts as a novice, but will eventually guide you to the correct parts/supplies. I would highly recommend bringing photos to help explain what you need if you aren’t well versed in plumbing terminologies.
Overall great quality stuff at fair prices.

I discovered this gem while trying to help a neighbor out with a well pump issue. I went to Palmers and they recommend Hydrologic Distribution Company. This place rocks. It's a real plumbing company with 100s of options. They even had the correct part I needed. I had bought what I believe was the correct part on the jungle store but it was too small. Carlos really helped me with getting the correct sharkbite fittings also. Skip Home Depot and Lowes if you need a specific part this is the place to go. Hopefully you'll get Carlos to help you, he's a rock star!

On 2/4/2026, I went to Hydrologic in Pinellas Park, looking for sink drainage parts and more importantly, solutions to rectify a problem that had been created in my home. I ran into Melvin there, who told me he wasn't an expert but would work with me to figure my problem out. He displayed an enormus amount of patience and professionalism and provided me with a number of options for solving my problem. The result, a complete success. I am truly grateful for his help and willingness to spend the necessary time with me to ensure my understanding of my situation and my needed direction moving forward. Melvin is definitely a quality employee and a true asset to your company.

Two text messages and phone message; no response of any kind. This is how you run your business? Not acceptable by any reasonable measure.

Water on bathroom floor of unknown origin. Told to call if happened again. Second time it was in both bathrooms.. Called and left message, but he did not return call. Next day water was now in bedroom. . This may not have happened if my call would have been returned

I called about 9 am about a bathroom tub faucet leak. He said he was going to be in our neighborhood and would be there before noon. He arrived about 11 am.

After the repair, he told us that faucet packing had been leaking and instead of draining into the tub it was draining back toward the wall. This made sense as the carpet on the other side of the wall was damp sometimes. He said that he corrected that problem.

He said that even though the faucet was very old the manufacturer was probably the only one the supplied a washer-less insert. He even told me were to purchase the kit if I wanted to do it myself. I thought that was great that he wasn’t trying to sell me more services.

Did a warranty claim for customer same day they are very knowledgeable and fast service

Constantly understaffed. The staff that are there are overworked and short tempered. Hire more guys FFS.
