Is this the same place that was off 46th Ave and 49th Street in Kenneth City area ?

If you want to wait an hour for 1 fitting and pay three times retail price, then ferguson is the place for you. A place where you're always met with the highest quality of terrible service. Especially if it's coming from the guy with the mullet

Showroom RELOCATED to Clearwater. Completely wasted my time coming to a place that no longer exists. 4701 Ulmerton Road, Suite 100, Clearwater 33762 is new address. Hopefully this post will save you the trip to the wrong location. Call ahead.

First of all this particular location in Pinellas Park is not Minority friendly if you're a person of color they treat you differently poor customer service and they want to over charge you by charging list price for everything some are not knowledgeable as to what there selling and when you try to explain or even educate them on there products and how they work and what there used for they catch attitude so yea had a very bad experience with this location will not return I would definitely take my business elsewhere in the future hopefully corporate would correct this problem by retraining some of there employees and possibly have them take a course in sensitivity and how to treat people from different ethnic backgrounds and or culture's...

This supply house has it all! Very knowledgeable associates, a very large selection and supply of the best made commercial grade parts and Commercial grade HVAC tool and supplies in the entire county. Plumbing and HVAC, This is where you want to go for professionalism.

Pp Ferguson is the least personable counter guys and slowest wait time in the tri county area for materials.. I dread having to come to the pp store know it’s always gunna take an hour even with pre orders!!! Fix this!!!

The Pinellas Park store sucks. As a contractor I have been dealing with this company for years. This store refused to give me contractor pricing equal to the pricing I get at the Brandon location. They tried to nearly double the price on me.

They pretty much have what you need, but expect to pay almost double.

Eddie, along with his assistants Earnest and Ryan did a great job installing our new replacement range hood and modifying our custom cabinet to fit the unit.

Stephen Jandecka has exceptional communication skills, knowledgeable, customer friendly, always helpful and demonstrates skills which are in the category of leadership. He always provides me with solutions. proper plumbing material needed to get the job done correctly. I can always count on him for guidance for my difficult questions. He is a true asset to Fergusons on 49th Street.

Horrible customer service! Needed an older rebuild kit for a 3 handle shower and they had no idea what book to even find Kohler in then they did the typical " how old is this part? I don't think they even make this any more!"
Older guy didn't even want to get up from the chair to help the kid who looked like he was 16 years old with finding it. Had to walk out! 15 minutes later down the block about a mile, a young lady had the kit for me with no surprises.

I Googled Ferguson Electric, as I was looking for a qualified commercial electrician, but they were unable to help

I went in and asked for a 230v 1/2 PSC motor and the cap to go with it and got told they do not sell motors to anyone other then contractors. Couldn't get the parts I needed even though they had it since I'm not a contractor. Makes no sense. It's not like I was asking for the r410a or better yet r22.

They tell you an item is in stock at their location. I get there and they said I can pay them and pick it up in Tampa. Very frustrating. Don't trust them.

The gentleman who served me was very knowledgeable, explained to me what I was doing wrong and when I got home and did what he told me to do it worked like a charm. He was also friendly and courteous which is something you want to see when you go to a supply store and you need help.

walked in the other day looking for something specific. talked to receptionist, she sent us upstairs and would let them know we were here. We walked around the whole show room and then paced in circles for a bit, not one person even glanced at us. they were glued to their computer screens.

Fantastic customer service. The manager, Nathan, was able to help my company solve a time sensitive issue, and has gained my business the old fashioned way. I wish more suppliers would take the same care in helping contractors provide solutions to their customers.
