I'm very happy with the work that A Better Cut Tree Service Inc. They removed a very large tree from our property and hauled all of the debris away. Also, I was pleased with the affordable pricing they provided. I would highly recommend their services.

I called A Better Cut Tree Service and the owner was quick to come out and provided me with an affordable quote. I scheduled the work and the crew arrived and removed two trees from my yard. I was nervous about having the trees removed because they were so close to the house. But they did the work and I was impressed with their experience with the removal. Very happy with the work.

We've had about 4 trees removed with Hi-Point Tree Service. They have been excellent every time. It's amazing how fast they are from start to finish. The yard is left clean like nothing ever happened. We will be having a few more removed in the near future and will definitely be calling Chad to schedule. Couldn't recommend a better tree service company. Thanks for everything guys!

This is the second time I have used Hi-Point Tree Service, and I have been very pleased both times. Chad and his crew are very efficient, punctual, professional, and friendly. He is very knowledgeable and will be happy to discuss your options with you or make suggestions. He does not try to sell you services you do not need. I love that it is a family owned, local business. It is a pleasure working with Chad and his wife, Jessica. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Highly recommend. Courteous, polite, and professional employees did a great job trimming two oak trees. Hurricane Milton left a huge limb hung up in one tree just above the white vinyl fence and they removed it without damaging my fence. I was amazed. I will definitely be using them for any future tree needs.

I have used Hi-Point for my annual tree trimming for a few years now and they are the best. Chad is a pleasure to work with and their rates are very reasonable. Their crews are always on time, polite and do a great job. I would highly recommend Hi-Point Tree service to anyone needing tree work.

Best tree service I've ever used. They came out today and removed 2 large Crape Myrtles and trimmed 4 other 20 foot Crape Myrtles down to 7 feet. Also cut down to a 7 foot level a strip of bushes and other tangled growth that had got too tall. The 3 men who did the work were very professional, fast, and courteous. Price was excellent. I will use them for all my furure tree services.

They delivered what we agreed on and beyond that!

I have used Hi-Point Tree Service a few times over the last few years. They are always responsive, the crew again did a great job with trimming a large oak tree over my house and removing another tree. They even took away a pile of debris from the storm for me. I give them 5 stars for service, its hard to find good company's these days. I will definitely use then again.

Chad was very polite and right on time the day we scheduled the estimate. One Oak had a huge limb hanging over our home and the other Oak needed the canopy raised. The entire crew that represented your company worked as a team and were very professional and extremely polite. They did an amazing job and the clean up was a lot more than we expected. We are beyond pleased and will definitely recommend your company to everyone. If there was anything past five stars, they deserved it.

From the first time I met Hi-Tree Services when they came out to give me a quote, I fell in love with this company. The office staff kept me informed from the start of my contact with them. When the gentleman came out, he was very personable and explained everything they would do to make me happy. Only to later find out through conversation, that it was the owner himself, Chad, that came and did the estimate.

As a previous business owner, I understand the importance of people trusting you as you compete with big businesses, and I was more than willing to trust my instincts as the company already started presenting itself in an excellent manner.

The day of the work, the team was here on time at my home and welcomed me graciously to receive my expected service. And....they did not disappoint me. They were thorough and intentional in taking care of my property and surrounding areas when trimming the large oak tree located near the street of my home. When removing my bushes near my garage and entry way, they took extra precaution in ensuring that cable wiring etc. were undisturbed, and properly filled the holes

I highly recommend this service. Professionalism, quality of service, timeliness was superb. I will use them for other services that I have planned in the near future. Excellent job and professional service.

As someone who has use several tree services in the past, I can truly say, that Chad and Venessa provide far and above all others in advise and commitment to duty in giving the most commonsense professional advice than any other tree service out there. I can not recommend them enough. They are the most honest and fair priced company that I have ever used...and I have used many.,,,Good luck Chad and Venessa...I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Hi-Point is the BEST! My husband installed a putting green in our backyard a few weeks ago and had Chad and his team out today to trim a huge oak tree over the green … they took such great care in protecting the green while doing a phenomenal job trimming our trees. Hi-Point Tree Service is excellent. They are professional and thorough and go over and above to satisfy their customers. As part of the service given to me to remove a tree from my yard, they also removed my stag horn from the tree and relocated to to a safe sturdy tree at no additional cost. Well my two neighbors and I decided it was time to trim our trees. I watched carefully how the Hi-Point workers did their thing. They were very thorough with the first very large tree. I was very glad to see them do a professional job which Tree Service was well worth the price. I would recommend using Hi-Point Tree Service.

I was very happy with Hi Point Tree Service. I called for an estimate and Chad, who is an Arborist, was here the same afternoon to look at my trees. My next door neighbor was having trees trimmed within a few days so, they scheduled mine to coincide with my neighbors - good for all parties involved. The crew was very professional and they did a great job! My trees look great and the limbs are now a safe distance from the house. They also cleaned everything up before they left.

When I called Hi-Point Tree Service is was the most seamless process from getting my information to scheduling the first available quote. I received my quote promptly. I received several quotes from other companies however this company offered me the most economical pricing option. I was in constant communication with Chad through the entire project. Due to my work schedule Chad would send me pictures and texting messages to ensure we both were on the same page. Chad was just wondering even when it was a miscommunication he made it right. When he was able to make the corrections I was more than grateful to provide his crew with lunch on me. The crew did amazing job from staying on time with the estimated start to finish time.

Hi-Point Tree Service was great! They were on time, courteous, and respectful of our property. They kept us updated on everything along the way. They left our backyard in tip top shape and they cleaned the whole area, leaving nothing behind for us to do! The three gentleman were more than helpful and worked in a timely manner.
