I had a great experience with Hi-Point Tree Service. I hired them to top off a large tree on my property that was dropping large branches and close to a power line. From scheduling to cleanup, everything was professional and efficient.

Jessica was friendly and quick to provide insurance info when I asked. Chad came out to give an estimate and was punctual, professional, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. The crew was punctual, skilled, and worked safely. The tree looks great and no longer poses a risk. Highly recommend!

Hi-Point did an awesome job! Over the past 20 years, I’ve had my two live oaks trimmed numerous times. Today, Hi-Point did one of the best jobs yet! Previous tree service didn’t even return my call. Your workers were cutting trees at another person's property down my street and without permission started placing all the tree debris onto my property. My neighbor across the street had to notify me about what was going on. When I told your worker no more, he yelled at me (my neighbor too) and said he "will put more if I have to." He put large trunks of trees in front of a power pole in front of my house that has no power. If you are a professional, you should know that after a hurricane you don't pile up debris in front of power poles to prevent linemen from fixing the power! It's a hazard. I have my own trees and debris down in my own yard. Now I have no where to put it because you put someone else's debris covering my front yard! I have an 8 year old autistic son that plays in the front yard.

Hi-Point Tree Service crew arrived earlier than stated and did a great job removing a tree that had outlived its welcome. Early arrival was appreciated along with their thorough cleanup. The crew was courteous and worked well together to prevent damage to house and one another as the tree was cut down. Cost was a few hundred dollars less than another tree service company I obtained a quote from.

Excellent service from response to initial phone call all the way through to our tree removal. Entire group is very respectful to their client and the property. They know what they’re doing and have the necessary equipment, manpower, knowledge, licenses & insurance. We had a huge dead oak removed. We will definitely call on Hi-Point Tree Service again should we have a need and most definitely recommend them.

Chad and his guys were on time and super friendly to myself and those that came over to “watch” .
They were mindful of the roof since the tree was soo close and answered every question that was asked. Not only from myself but the other neighbors who came to watch and have problem trees of their own. Great job Hi-Point

Hi-Point crew were on time and very respectful. I had two trees removed and two others trimmed. They did a smash up job and cleaned up after. They even blew the street to remove debris. I would recommend them in a heart beat!!! Good Job!!!

Fast easy and I didn’t even know when they were done it was so quick, once they got started they just hoisted the tree over my house and chopped it up then bam, out of there. Couldn’t ask for more.
