Hi-Point did a fantastic job. Showed up on time. They took great care in removing an oak tree that was dying and cleaned up the rest of the trees on our property. They also went above and beyond by taking additional yard waste from my bins that was already there.

They returned my call promptly to trim trees close to roof and a dead branch over my fence and we were able to schedule within a few weeks. They showed up on time, did everything promised, cleaned up, hauled branches away, even cleaned roof and sidewalks. They were courteous and professional. Update, they came out a second time and also did a great job on a large Oak. I highly recommend them.

We had called some tree service companies and Hi-Point came in the best price and were super professional and courteous at the time of estimate. They came out as planned on the day of work and took care of 3 dead trees for us - one being a massive oak on the ground. They also trimmed some trees back that were close to the house. They did a good job of cleaning everything up. Would definitely call them again for any tree removal or trimming needs we may have in the future. Also they have courteous and responsive admins on the phone - feels like they follow up really well with things. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this company for your tree services. This company did a tremendous job in cutting down limbs in our back yard . We have a large screen room in the back and I was so worried that a limb might fall while they were taking the limbs down....but they were so careful and they knew what they were doing. Everything came out great and even the owner of the company, Chad, was right there along his workers helping out. They were all courteous. Respectful of the property and did an amazing job. I do plan to use this company again when I get my front oak tree trimmed up.

Very happy with Hi-Point tree service. I was getting estimates and appreciate Chads honesty. I was told by another company two trees close to the house needed to be removed. He looked at the trees and said they were healthy trees and all I had to do was trim some of the branches over the roof. I did have a Pine tree removed and some additional trees trimmed around the yard. The crew was professional and cleaned everything after they were finished. The communication was excellent and I will definitely use them again in the future. Excellent company!

From the first touch point when I called their office to the follow-up and coordination to clean up the last of the stump grinding debris, the communication and professionalism was unrivaled.

The folks at Hi-Point will be handling all of the structural pruning and tree care at my home moving forward.

Finding half of a tree over half of your house late Friday night is NOT a great feeling, yet when Chad answered my phone call and indicated he would be onsite the next day this provided a great sense of relief. Their work reflects professionalism, care, knowledge and focus. Tri-point also took the time to secure the remaining roof to minimize water damage.

We had a large oak split during the last hurricane. Some friends recommended Hi-Point and they came by with a competitive quote. They removed the parts of the tree that had fallen and the parts still standing. The entire crew was polite, professional, safe, and attentive to my property. At my request they left some logs for firewood and some wood chips for flower beds. Would definitely use them again.

I hired Hi-Point Tree service to remove a large, oak tree from my front yard. From the very beginning, despite his busy schedule, Chad answered all of my questions and made time to take my calls or to call me back. He and his crew were very professional with the removal of the tree. Above-ground roots close to the house and extra tree chippings were removed to my satisfaction. Clean-up of the tree debris was excellent. Overall, they did a great job with the tree removal. The review is one-star short of five only because of tire and tread marks on the driveway that still remain and will need to be professionally cleaned/pressure washed. Chad explained that this was not typical nor something they cover, which I accepted. Other than that, I would recommend Hi-Point for their tree services!

Getting through Hurricane Milton was one thing, but losing a beautiful and massive oak tree in my backyard was tougher. This was my first time doing anything related to tree removal services. WHERE DO I START? That daunting question was racing through my mind. Who are these companies, can they do an efficient and compliant job, will they be honorable in their business practice and reliable for compounding work?

Hi-Point did a great job on our trees. They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up very well after the job. Great prices and great customer service.

The crew arrived on time and got to work quickly. The main guy was careful with the nests in the trees so not to harm the birds or squirrels.
They picked up after completing both trees, no trash or limbs left behind. I hated to cut my beautiful trees down to almost nothing but insurance company required it for renewal. I've already referred them to my neighbor,

Chad and his team did a great job trimming my water oaks and removing the large stumps around my home, just in time for storm season. He was on time and worked quickly. I heard about Hi-point through my dad and uncle who have used him before. They and I, can't recommend Hi-point enough :)
