Marzo was recommended to me by a close friend. I did have other roofers come out and give me an estimate for roof replacement. The difference was Marzo listened to what we wanted as a customer and delivered. Everyone was professional, courteous and the communication was on point every step of the way. I will be using them for any future needs.

Marzo roofing is the BEST!!! They did my new roof in 2019. The other day a man knocked on my door from another roofing company and said he noticed that my roof was missing tiles and wanted to give me his card from his company. Told me a needed a whole new roof! I freaked out saying it’s still new. When he left I called Marzo and they sent someone right away. He went on the roof took pictures and said there was only a few tiles that came off the cap. He informed me this was no big deal, and would not cause a leak that it happened from our last hurricane. They were so fast to take care of this. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful so glad they did my roof! Thanks again Marzo , very pleased with your company and your work. Being in the market for a new roof is incredibly stressful. From the first time we called Marzo Roofing to set up an estimate to completing the job, Marzo made it easy. For the estimate, we had Chris come out. Chris was kind, listened to our questions and concerns and was knowledgeable about the different roofing choices we had in his presentation. He was patient and waited for us to make a decision to go with him and Marzo.

When we went to the office while picking out our shingles, Evelyn was with us every step of the way. She took the time to answer our questions and kept in contact with us by email and phone throughout the job. Our project manager Brandon, Hector for checking in on the roof once completed and Joel at the office were professional and very helpful.

Talk to Lisa! She's the best. Dag did the excellent work in tearing off shingles, replacing rotted wood, and putting on shingles. He sealed all the seams (and there were many)! It can rain all it wants - NO LEAKS! Very fair priced and very professional! Highly recommend!!

Marzo Roofing is a great roofing company and they turned my deteriorating old shingle roof into a magnificent metal masterpiece. They transformed the look of my home in under a week turning my pheasant hovel into a gleming, shiny pyramid. The sales guy Chris was great, office staff was amazing, and the roofers were so fast and efficient despite the record high heat wave. Great company, would recommend!

New tile roof late 2013, tiles uneven, missing wood under drip edge, left 21 broken tiles on brand new roof! 6 years later roof leak, 3 visits (they did not show up 2 other times) and 2 YEARS later they finally found leak, said they would schedule repair in 2-3 weeks- Dec 2021. Nothing by Feb so i begin calling. ELEVEN calls in 5 months, they call me randomly one day saying I'm not opening the door and they're there to fix the roof leak (its a Wed and of course i am at work). They schedule for the next week and actually show up. Two guys w no clue - laying abrasive tiles on brand new skylight, can't figure out how to open valve on tile foam, left me w 6 more broken tiles and grey tile cement on brown roof - SHOCKINGLY POOR WORK, TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, ZERO INTEGRITY!!!

Avoid this company. The job began in February, and after repeated failures to pass inspection since August, nothing has been done to correct the issues. Months go by with no action and little to no communication. If you value professional service, quality work, and respect for your time and money, go elsewhere.

Quick response to initial inquiry and they were on time. The repair was done same day as quote and they are very reasonably priced. I had a small repair and they treated us great instead of as an inconvenience like another company did. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They completed our commercial roofing project quickly and well. The staff arrived on time, used high-quality materials, and did everything perfectly.

I see some of these stories and wish our experience had been the same. Marzo did 3 out of 2 of our roofs, we continued to have leaking; which developed into a continued back and forth for over 2 years with no real results. Our last attempt ended with them and there contractor coming to inspect the roof in our presence, they identified several spots that needed repair and later on scheduled the day the work would be done(4/5/25), we also asked them to provide us with a plan of action; which they did via email. On the day of the scheduled repair day their contractors had already made their way on the roof accompanied by us; They cut out a first sections to repair and immediate after they made the cut, one of them received a phone call which they then stated “their boss called, they are being moved to another job and their boss will give us a call”. They patch up the area and left. Since then, I’ve tried calling them and we’ve sent several emails that has gone without response. It’s very upsetting being that we’re at church and every time it rains this is something we have to deal with, The money was good for the initial job, But when it comes to fixing the job that wasn’t done correctly, no one’s able to be found. it’s 5 months later and no one has ever made an attempt to reach out or respond to the emails, But it’s nice to see that others are getting results.

If you want or need the roof of your house they are the best. The budget was reasonable, they process the loan, they use quality materials and the work is done in an orderly manner, making sure everything is in order and clean at the end of the day. Its employees are professionals and always ready to explain the process to you. 100% recommended! Thank you Will and Gary!

They took my deposit on January 16th didn't request the permit until February 2nd came and tore off roof on the 4th failed inspection and still demanded more money haven't returned they do not answer the phone now no answering text messages three weeks out is ridiculous they told me the shingles would be delivered the day after tear off now I'm praying they come back at all

Marzo Roofing was an excellent company to work with, they stuck to their quoted amount, no surprises. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional staff and team. We knew we needed a new roof, and they came over quickly quoted us and also assisted us with a small compromised section of our roof until they could schedule us for the roof replacement. We went with the Owens Corning Desert Sand and couldn't be happier. I would recommend them to anyone asking about getting a new roof.

Marzo Roofing Inc. installed a metal roof on my house a few years ago. I was pleased with the estimate and the work. Recently I requested a routine inspection. The appointment process with the office and the inspection process was excellent. Service was prompt and I appreciated the photos and thoroughness of the inspection. The employees, from office to inspector, were very helpful and knowledgeable.

This company was recommended to us by a friend. We trusted them based on what was shared with us. The process started great, but then the project manager was no longer with the company. This wasn’t communicated with us until about a month after they had stripped the shingles off of our roof. They didn’t return calls even though they had our money. Our roof is now done. They fixed an area of concern. No complaints on that front. However, we now have a lien on our home as they haven’t paid the company that they got their shingles from. It’s been going on for months and you cannot get a return phone call. My husband had to actually go to the office when we were trying to get updates as to when the work on our roof would be continued.

Marzo started and finished our new Architectural shingle roof, attic ventilation and new sky light as per contract. They carry a large selection of shingle colors and their products are the best available in the industry. They protected our landscaping and screen pool enclosure to protect them from damage.The price for their service was very good. With a bad storm approaching Marzo brought in a total of 12 workers to complete our roof before the storm hit. Such a great beautiful roof, I highly recommend them.
