We hired Array of Color to paint the entire interior of our new home based on reviews and quotations for several companies as well as Ron's years of experience. We were not disappointed. He and his crew were prompt, extremely careful covering everywhere they were working. Ron's absolutely paid attention to details.

We could not have been happier with the work performed and would recommend Array of Color to anyone.

We hired Ron to paint our master bedroom. We wanted the walls and tray ceiling to be two coordinating colors, separated by white crown molding. Ron and his crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They took care to cover the floor and remove or cover furniture. They worked quickly and efficiently and within a matter of hours had the job done including replacing furniture just the way they found it. The colors are seamless. Exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely hire Ron again and refer him to friends without hesitation.

First of all I’m a pretty decent weekend warrior painter, I really love to paint. I painted my place (2500 sq ft) 15 years ago and now I just don’t have it in me anymore to do that big a job so I decided to hire it out. Ron has a very personable personality and he was very responsive and punctual when bidding the job. I gave him the job and I can’t say enough about how happy I was with his work, the house came out beautiful! I was so impressed with his work and would gladly, without reservation, hire him again or recommend to anyone needing painting services!! Absolute total professional and a pleasure doing business with.

Just arrived but so far so good! That's a very good thing!

Nice homes, nice community buildings. Not a laid back place. Feels like people there are competitive. I have the best...(fill in the blank). I guess I don't care about that so much. Do you love? Are you loved? Do you care for others in your community? That's what matters. I didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling.

We went for information about the properties and they assigned us to Jacqueline McAteer, from the beginning very bad treatment, little information, she did not master the information about the company's financing systems, she did not respond to emails and we had to write over and over again, Several times we asked to change to another person but they assigned us the same person and in the end we gave up and bought at Mattamy Homes, where they have, by the way, better treatment and better options. Jacqueline McAteer, not recommended at all.

The community is very attractive and appealing. It's well maintained and the homes offered are top notch.

My husband and I went there is weekend interested in buying a home. When you enter the sales office there was a extremely nice woman behind the desk who welcomed you and wanted to find out what you were looking for, then she proceeded to hand me a clipboard to fill out my name and address. No sooner then we filled it out and sales person came out to show us the building site and price sheet.
We went through all the beautiful models and when we came back to the office I found out that the sales person had already checked out our address to see if apparently we were serious which does not sit well with me. When he found out that we were renting and that our landlord had decided to sell the house the sales man said to us “ is he kicking you out” which is absolutely horrible to say to someone you don’t know. At that point he did not want to give us the time of day. So I ask you is Kotler checking to see if you fit in their community then I say it discrimination. Please look out in giving them your information. They don’t know who you are and what you have in the bank. Their sales person should be embarrassed by their performance.

Tried to visit the model home today and wasn’t even able to walk through. Well, I could have walked through but because my agent wasn’t there I couldn’t. The woman at the front desk told me that if we ended up wanting to build my agent wouldn’t get any commission. How am I supposed to know if I even want to build if I can’t see it? Why would I waste my agents time before I know if it’s a serious option? Kolter homes, you most definitely just lost a customer and a realtor who would potentially send a client your way. Don’t waste your time going here unless you’re with your agent or are ready to work with out one. From someone who has built multiple homes I always recommend you have your own agent, do not use the builder.

We are on the waitlist for Sarasota, and they've been great. My review on PGA Verano is accurate as we were also looking in that area and I had some questions but can't seem to get a reply.

Wish I could actually comment on the homes and community but I have yet to get a return call after a month and 3 messages.

My wife and I just closed on our home in Verano. We had a great experience! Each person we worked with on the Kolter team (from sales to design to finance to construction to closing and warranty) was kind, pleasant and professional. The community and home are beautiful and we are excited to be Verano residents!

I lived in Verano when it was first being developed. Went through the pains of no club house or pool the first three years. After six years I moved. It took over one year to sell since the builder decided to build smaller cheaper homes and no golf courses. The development went from 2200 houses to over 6000 to be built. It has hurt everyone who bought early. The people who bought from me sold for $100,000 less than what they paid me. Not a good investment. Additionally, the taxes went sky high and the HOA fee is high. To do activities you have to pay extra for everything and nothing is at a low cost. The upkeep of the grounds around my home was terrible. The house had many problems including replacing the air conditioner after three years incurring a 6,000 expense. I was plagued with rodents and insects in my home and had much extra expense to get rid of and keep them under control. The place was also not good for a 50 year old single person. I found it difficult if you can no longer play golf or are single to make friends. Since moving I am much happier in a smaller development with houses further apart. At Verano you can put your arm out your window and almost shake hands with your neighbor. I do not recommend living here unless you are a city dweller.

Beautiful place. Has indoor and outdoor heated pool. However you do pay extra for the lot you choose. But included in the basic price then there’s of course upgrades you need to add.

Beautiful community but in my opinion, deceptive advertising. Every lot has a premium - from $35,000 to $100,000. You may also want some upgrades, so it’s likely you have to add $100,000+ to their advertised prices. The attached villas (Treviso) are advertised “starting from $310,000”. In reality, they are in the high $300’s to low $400’s. They are all considered “inventory” homes - upgrades/colors, etc. have already been chosen and they are all under construction AND cannot be purchased in the 55+ section. Given my personal situation, I would not have driven 60 miles had I known the prices were $100,000 more than advertised.

Verano is a great neighborhood and dare I say one of the best in PSL! Had the pleasure of dealing with Kent who is truly one of Kolter’s sales superstars! He listens, understands and guides his “future home owners” like a true trusted advisor or home sherpa; he sets the bar high! Definitely would recommend Verano, Kolter and Kolter Kent!

Presentation was ok but the prices were very misleading. Couldn’t get any answers on thePrices & Financing. We weren’t impressed with the Tour of the Facilities. The tour guide would not tell us the reason why the Indoor pool was closed & we found out later there was a fire & that the lap pool was closed indefinitely. It was told to us it was closed for Maintenance.
Gym was old & Run down.

The community is pretty, but the availability of lots are restricted. Not many children are seen in the community. The HOA is quite expensive for the lack of what I get where I live now. My other concern is how Coulter controls the HOA when they are only the builder with as many houses that are present, the HOA should be run by a board. What is told to future residence is the assessment fee that will be put on them to pay Moving to a new home should not be difficult, nor should there be any kind of hidden charges

It was amazing the hole place is built beautifully I am dying to live there and with the help of Mrs Katelin Drougas who explained everything graciously made me believe it is possible. Very patient she is a very important asset to your development, she is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing I am surprised she is still working for PGA since I met her in July 2021I am going to stay in contact with her that she can help me become an owner in your community.

What a beautiful development. It is very well planned and there are so many activities to take part in. The home selection is great, as well. From villas to single family 2 and 4 bedrooms. Do check this location out if you are relocating to Port St Lucie.

Beautiful community, many different incredibly beautiful models! Base price at least $100,000 less than in Fort Lauderdale. However, from the other reviews, it seems upgrades and lot prices are about the same. The only drawback is that is quite secluded from shopping areas and other basic necessities.There is a Publix and a 7-11 but that’s it for the nearby area. Hoping to see more commercial development in the area.

I revisited Verano recently and my impression of the community is the same. However, this time the sales reps were extremely busy. A sign of the housing market changing, I guess. I recommend making an appointment.

Kolter 55+ communities are beautiful. Models are gorgeous. In Verano, the drawback for me, is that there wasn’t a model for the Kimberly.

My main concern with Verano, is that despite being a 55+ community, apparently, no consideration was made as to how residents would get around if a time comes when they are unable to drive. The nearest Publix is an hour and a half walking distance. A shuttle or bus service would help. This is the main thing holding me back.

PGA Verano homes come very close to what I imagine as my “dream home”.
