The model homes were beautiful but the sales staff…
I got the feeling, as customers, we were an inconvenience. An annoyance per say. A salesperson should NEVER judge a book by its cover because the all in price was something we could easily afford but customer service goes a long way.
Also, due to the pricing structure, EVERYTHING was an additional cost so you really never knew what you received for the base price of the home.
When I asked about lots and costs, as compared to other new home builders, (very few lot’s available) the cost was VERY high.
We left knowing we would NOT purchase a home in Verano due to how we were treated in the sales office.

Beautiful new homes with enormously high ceilings! Active community with lots to do and a huge pickleball courts!

We had a wonderful experience with Kent our salesman and John our project manager. We had a little area of opportunity that we encountered near closing and move in date. We wrote the customer service for help with our issues. We were professionally greeted by the landscaping company to fix the issues. When our 60 day review came, Harry the overall contruction manager went above and beyond what our expectations were. The whole time we were treated with sincerity and value by John and Harry for being Kolter homeowners. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

I am a very dissatisfied. Homeowner at PGA Verano. Don’t get me wrong, it is a very attractive community with lots of amenities. However, we pay a high Price for quarterly maintenance fees. We are typically ignored when we have any kind of issue. Some examples are as follows: Several months back we spotted cracks in our foundation and home and asked Kolter about it. Without coming out, they said it is cracks in the paint and blew us off. Now, I have oil stains all over my driveway where the maintenance crew does their yardwork. I brought that up to Kolter and was told, once again without coming out, it must be rust and I should take care of it myself. I also noticed that my sprinklers have stopped working. I reached out to Kolter one more time and this time got an email response from a gentleman, named Harry who said that “you warrantee is up and that is now an HOA issue” and that I would need to go to the clubhouse in person and talk to them. When I emailed him back to inform him that I work in West Palm Beach and I’m not available to go to the clubhouse during the hours they are available and could I please have a phone number or email address at which to reach them. He proceeded to ghost me. I have emailed multiple parties at Kolter on several occaisions, asking for a phone number or email to the HOA to resolve this type of issue and no one responds. I also do not get responses from messages and emails regarding back gate issues and slippery mold growth on the pathways.

For the amount of money that I pay to live in this community, I shouldn’t have to spend hours trying to reach people when things aren’t right.

Positive experience at the PGA Verrano Design studio event. It was great to see the various options and upgrades for each home.

Great spot, more diverse than you may think.

Built a home… a bunch of issues from design flaws and HVAC system that does not produce enough for the upstairs bonus room! They never want to take responsibility for anything that is wrong with the home! Now we are stuck here in a hot house. Beware of the closets they advertise as a walk in closet but nothing fits in the closet because the door is too big.. You can’t hang anything in the closet.

Kolter Homes you suck!

Love this place! Booked last minute because we needed a place for the first night of our trip. Wish we would've found this before booking our other hotel for the remainder of our trip, because it's made our other hotel look bad. This place is very spacious, has everything you need to feel at home, including washer/dryer in your unit. Nice screened in back patio that looks out into very pretty landscaping and palm trees. Super comfy beds, amazing customer service. We will definitely book for our entire trip next time we're in town.

A beautiful community with a talented and welcoming staff. They were kind enough to make time for us both when we arrived, and then again when returned for an additional visit two days later, without having an appointment for either visit.

The staff was great, the models beautifully decorated but would be nice if the decor items such as fireplaces with wood side cabinets, for example, were offered as options instead of having to find a craftsman to do the work later. But overall great experience

My wife and I have looked at several new properties recently and our most positive experience has been here! The more transparent and detailed costs, the full presentation of the community :-) and most of all the helpfulness in overcoming language barriers as we have recently started learning English...

My experience at the model center left a lot to be desired. My family and I are considering relocating from MD. My sister was with me on the visit and she was already registered. I was told that if my realtor was not with me I could not tour. Even with providing the realtor’s licensing information. My spouse and I toured several properties over the last two years in different States and this was my first experience where the license information was not sufficient. However, it is the company policy. After touring with my sister. This property is on the top of our lust because we chose a childcare facility close by. Once the tour was completed my sister requested an updated pricing list. My sister was then told she had to speak with her representative. My sister pointed out that her representative was not present. The representative then raised her voice and started asking, “ Are you going to buy? She repeated this 3 times . My sister responded stating she is considering the property. I was bewildered by the actions of a representative of a company that is customer focused. Even if this individual made false assumptions this is not how you treat potential customers. On the plus side the builder offers a variety of models and options . The location is convenient to the highway, shopping, and offers several amenities.

Buyer beware! For the amount of dues that you pay once you are a homeowner you will be disappointed with the quality of the work from United Landscaping. They make sure that the common areas look pristine, however, take a minute and drive down some of the streets and look at the quality of landscape maintenance. Many homeowners showed up at a meeting last week to discuss their concerns. Nothing but excuse after excuse from United's management. The amount of damage to our shrubs and properties is unacceptable.

This has been going on for 8 months with no avail!!!
If we had to do it over again, we would NOT have purchased in PGA Verano.

Absolutely gorgeous. All of the amenities are top notch and the community is so nice. So happy to be here!

I’m a resident of PGA Verano. Thanks for smoking out our community. While unintentional, please find a better way to deal with the mulch and other construction debris. Do the right thing and transport it out of the area for processing. We are deserving of good health and the ability to breathe fresh air. I’m not sure how you will attract buyers to an area that is being poisoned by toxic smoke.

We are always treated wonderfully when we visit Kolter Verano. Best experience as Jaqueline is a consummate professional and very kind.

I had a whole baby and still haven't had our kitchen & bath cabinets replaced (from a preclosing checklist) since moving in December 2021. If you look at the photos, we haven't had glass in our cabinets since moving in!! I had A WHOLE BABY and still haven't had it replaced. Kolter ppl give us the run around with everything including many other preclosing checklist items like the huge scratch on our dishwasher. Buyer beware..the community might be nice but you're still dealing with kolter. Nice to see all the new houses going up yet OUR KITCHEN IS STILL RATCHET LOOKING. Kolter warranty for the most part is a JOKE! Kolter "SHOULD" be embarrassed but hahaha this is how they do everyone dirty in the neighborhood! Joke is on us! Update: my baby is a year old now & cabinets are the same as in the photos.

Heaven awaits you here. Prestine community with superior clubhouse with indoor heated pool. Large social groups and close to shops at Tradition. Kaitlin is a joy to work with !

This community is great. Bought the Grace and our move in date is early August. From Stacey in sales to Lauren our construction advisor and Brad our construction supervisor, everything is flawless. Communication is awesome and so far stress free. Can’t wait to get moved in. Keep up the awesome work!!!!
