Marzo Roofing has been taking care of our roofing needs since 2005. Marzo has always been responsive to our needs, addressing our questions & concerns in a professional and timely manner. Marzo did an excellent job installing our new roof. 😊

We got a recommendation for Marzo from some friends. My husband placed the call, left a message and within 10 minutes he received a phone call from marzo. They agreed that someone would come out the next morning. At that time we were given a very reasonable quote, to which we agreed. Next day the job was done. We went from thinking we needed a new roof to a completely fixed roof. Abraham did the work, was so professional and friendly. Our dog loved him! We would definitely recommend Marzo and Abraham to anyone who asks. Thank you!

Initial interactions were 4 stars. The issue came when work actually started. They started the project without having all the material on site which created a 2-3 week delay in completion. During this time the salesman was fired, the crew who started the work was fired. The office never provided timely phone calls, emails, or texts until it was time to collect payments. The work overall was very good. I think this company can be a very good contractor if they just figure out the office to customer communication. The fact that things happen in the field that the office is not aware of isn’t an excuse to keep the homeowner in the dark.

We started our process of replacing our roof with Marzo Roofing on 1/6/2025 by putting an initial deposit of 35% of the contract price. As of today, 4/2/25, the shingles have not been installed. The old roof was removed on 3/13/25 and the inspector signed off on 3/14/25. Currently, our roof is covered with an underlayment that looks like thick tar paper. It went through three major rains and high wind. The third rain that occurred two days ago caused a small leak in one of our bathrooms's ceiling. Yesterday, a company's employee came out to repair the leak on the roof. They also told us they will have someone come out to fix the damage on the ceiling. We are keeping our fingers crossed for nice weather going forward. Marzo Roofing representative keeps telling us that it's the vendor's fault. They are waiting for the vendor to deliver the shingles. Regardless of whose fault, as homeowners, we don't want to be caught with this problem. Our neighbor had his roof replaced by another contractor and the whole process of tearing down and installing his new roof took less than a week! Be careful when you read the reviews online.
5/13/2025 Update:
Marzo Roofing came out and fixed the leak on the roof by sealing around the area where they suspected the rain water came down to the bathroom ceiling.
Our roof was installed on 4/10/2025 and passed the inspection on 4/14/25. We are pleased with the new roof. There are a few things we wished we knew beforehand. One of them is that there was an extra charge of $500 on top of the original quote if we wanted the shingles to be delivered to the driveway and the crew brought them up to the roof. Since we didn't want to pay extra, the shingles were delivered by a crane and left directly on the roof.
Other things we wished we discussed with the company's representative when shopping around for a company: after the work was done, there was a crack on the ceiling about 6, 7 inches long, and for outside of the house when it rained there was one corner where water splashed over the rain gutter and stained the house's sidewall. Marzo Roofing promised to have someone fix them along with the original water stain in the bathroom ceiling.
As of today's date, a month after the installation, we are still waiting for these small remaining issues to be fixed.
7/20/25 Update:
The owner of Marzo Roofing reached out to us and reimbursed us for the cost of the paint needed to touch up the ceiling and the crack. They also shared half of the cost of replacing the gutters. Moving forward, Marzo plans to update their procedure for re-installing roofs with gutters by coordinating with the gutter company to ensure a smoother process. It’s reassuring to see that they are not only responsive to their customers but also committed to improving their installation process. -

We hired Array of Color to paint the interior of our home and to refurbish our kitchen cabinets and what a beautiful job they did. Ronnie and Justin and Cesar did a great job we will be hiring them again.
-
Ron and his "crew" did an excellent job doing drywall repair and painting the interior of my home. I would highly recommend him for your painting needs!
-
Ronnie and his crew are very professional and have solid communication. We had them do the entire home on the inside and couldn’t be happier. Strongly recommend this company for their prices and quality. Ron’s a very easy guy to work with and has great workers helping him out.

Ron Markowitz, the owner of Array of Color, is a perfectionist with finely tuned attention to detail. He shows up when he says he will. He is very clean and at the end of every day he completely cleans the workspace. He also went above and beyond what was in the contract to help me out. For example, when the existing light fixtures were removed from the bathrooms to be replaced with new light fixtures I had purchased, there were gaping holes in the walls. Ron spent extra time patching the holes and re-painting.
I highly recommend Array of Color if you want a job done right. You can rely on Ron to do what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. -
Array of Color did a fantastic interior paint job in our home! I have to say I have never been much impressed with house painters. Ronny and his assistant, Ceasar, were amazing. I had originally contracted with another painter, however, the schedule kept slipping. After a 3rd set back (weather issues were holding them up, so not entirely their fault), we were becoming desperate. We had to sell our house and it was scheduled to go live in the MLS in less than 2 weeks. We needed the house ready to be photographed, etc. I began calling painting contractors directly and through Home Advisor and Angie's List. Array of Color was the only one to respond immediately. Ronnie came over and quoted the job within an hour of my call! Price was more than fair but when could he start? Tomorrow!!!! Are you kidding me? But how long will it take? About 4 days. This is a 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan cathedral ceilings home. Lots of area to cover as well as all doors, trim and the garage. So, despite my misgivings about them being available (if they were at all good, why aren't they busier? ) I hired them.
Quite honestly, it was the best experience I have EVER had with any contactor. I can't stress that enough. I have never had an experience that was so pleasant and professional and timely. I'm not a religious person, but I feel like Array of Color was sent from heaven. I feel like I finally caught a break, in what was becoming a money-pit-style experience, when I hired Ronnie. Array of Color had my house fully painted before many of the other contractors had even replied to give me a quote.
Quality? Oh my!!! So, Ronnie advised that the color I had chosen, while nice to present a clean palate for prospective buyers, was difficult to work with. Had I had time, I would have asked for his help in chosing a color that was easier to work with. However, I needed this to go quickly and did not have the mental energy to make even more decisions. Ronnie and Ceasar worked tirelessly. Some rooms needed four coats of paint! They never complained (to me). They just kept painting. They were prompt and left the house clean and with their tools ready to go the next day. They were done in less than 4 days. They were engaging, never used foul language (though they were never uptight or stuffy either) in my presence and were quite simply a joy to have in the house.
Within 2 weeks of Array of Color rolling up their tarps, cleaning their brushes and taking the painters tape off of the door handles, we had 2 full-price offers on our home! Yes. You read that correctly. We had 2 full-price offers on our home the very day it went on the market. Now, some will say that we priced the home too low. I will tell you that it had more to do with how the home was presented, and that was in no small way, thanks to Ronnie and Array of Color. Ronnie, if you read these reviews, THANK YOU!!!! Anyone else reading this, I hope you do yourself a favor and hire Array of Color for your interior painting. -
I hired Array of Color to paint the exterior of my stucco home. Ron Markowitz and his crew were professional, punctual, neat/clean and extremely detailed. The house looks great! The paint coverage on the stucco is perfect - NO SHOW THROUGH!
The shrubs were covered, the landscaping remained in its original state.
I will not hesitate to hire this company again. -
I rarely write reviews, I must my experience with Array of Color must be an exception. When I went to Benjamin Moore in Port St Lucie West to pick some colors I asked the salesperson to pick three recommendations for an indoor painter from a slew of cards displayed on the counter. Array of Color was one highly recommended. I had the three painters come in and give me an estimate on painting the interior of my five bedroom home. I was also told by a friend about someone who does painting as a sideline and he also gave me an estimate. After meeting all of them both my husband and I really liked Ronnie from Array of Color, we got a good vibe as he was very friendly and easy going. I was hoping once the quotes came in by email later that evening that Array of Color would be competitive and truthfully had decided even if he was a bit more expensive I would still chose him because I knew I would be having these people in my home for days on end and I needed to feel I would be comfortable with them. I have quite a few cats and wanted someone who would be understanding that working around pets could be challenging to say the least. Was I surprised that Array of Color was not only cheaper but by a significant amount! That settled it, I called to schedule the job on the spot. All I can say is not only was the job done above and beyond my expectations, it was done two days earlier than originally quoted! They would arrive exactly at 9am and with the exception of a lunch break, they resumed work with no breaks, just worked straight through until 5pm. I highly recommend this company, and already have two people who will be booking them for exterior jobs because of the quality of the work done at my home and they too found their estimates better than others. Wonderful experience!

Port Saint Lucie's Finest for Interior, Exterior and Specialty Painting
Ron and his staff are just great. I've hired his company numerous times over the past 10 years. I have owned a wide variety of homes from small 1500 square feet single level to over 5,000 plus multiple story units as well as office buildings. Many of my needs have varied from high end artistic paint such as Faux, Trompe l'oeil to your standard interior, exterior jobs. Array of Color met my challenged and exceeded my very picky expectations. Ron and his staffs are very knowledgeable and the work was meticulous. The amazing side of Ron is his artistic value he brings to the equation, being an artist he understands the theory of color and is able to give his clients the finest in color representation for the task at hand. Along with his added value comes greatly appreciated competitive pricing. Compared to many contractors I have had dealings with Ron bring the best of the best at the right price. I am so happy to have found Array of Color. Everything Ron's team has done has been on time, cost effective, professional and beautifully crafted. Just a fantastic painting company - I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Array Of Color for any job! From the smallest room to the largest structure ...this is the team you need to exceed your expectations and not exhaust your wallet. -
My husband had Ronnie come to our home after reading good reviews on Array of Color. My husband, who is often skeptical and hard to please immediately felt at ease with Ron. Ronnie gave us different options with a range of prices, all of which were very reasonable. He and his staff did an excellent job. Ron helped us with our colors and everything came out beautiful. He knows what he's talking about!! The guys were fast, efficient, neat, and showed up every day when they said they would. We would highly recommend him and plan on having him return to do a faux type finish in our bathroom next year. By the way, my husband doesn't like most people, but actually disappointed when the guys left because he enjoyed chatting with them while they were here!
