We had DTR come out and redo our shower floor and touch up the grout on our shower walls. The job turned out great, but the reason I am taking the time to write a review is because of their exceptional service. Every contact I had with the owners and their employees was professional. They are in the business to serve their customers by providing quality workmanship. I was very impressed and refreshed to find that there are still businesses that strive for excellence and happy customers.

DTR repaired and replaced some of my tiles, injected several hollow tiles, cleaned, and applied color seal to the grout. They did an awesome job and the floors look new. I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the techs. They answered all my questions, carefully moved my furniture, and made sure everything was back in order and clean when they finished. I highly recommend DTR. They send appointment reminders, inform you of every step in the process, and are extremely professional. In summary, the DTR staff is outstanding!

I used DTR to clean, stain and seal my tile grout. I am beyond satisfied! It looks amazing! It looks like I retiled my entire house! DTR is a family run business and Natalie, Tommy and their son Kevin were all extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They had to move all of my furniture to complete the job, but that was not a problem. They put everything back exactly as it was. I can not recommend them highly enough! My only regret is not finding them sooner!!!

They are amazing! Richard and Chris did a phenomenal job on the color seal service. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They explained every step of the process and were extremely polite and professional. We highly recommend them!

DTR was a great choice for our needs. Everyone showed up as promised, did the work as advertised which was for tile restoration, cleaning, grout repair, staining and sealing. Kudos to Tommy and Natalie for a well-run business and to Joey and Chris, our workers who did the project. They were professional, efficient and very pleasant! Thank you !

when the manager came the first day they were also supposed to peel out the old grout in the shower that was messed up and replace it and he said I want to use the color linen
and I said no, this is white. We have to stick with white
so they send this young kid do it. I asked them not to wear their shoes in the house. I had blue slipper booties that they could put on they refused to put them on when I have a very expensive rugs they would have to walk over to get the the bath they we’re going to be working on
Everyone takes there shoes off when they come in. It’s just the norm in a lot of households
Even my one doctors office they make you take your shoes off at the door.

Why would I want brown when the rest is white . He kept telling me it’s gonna turn white. He left big globs in the corners, like an Adobe house or like a just big globs. It’s not clean the guy know what he was doing. I said you need to straighten that out you need to straighten that line it has to go straight down. He just like couldn’t even grasp what I was talking about and then they’re gonna just leave it and send me a small portion of my money back
They absolutely do not know what they’re doing. I recommend that you do not use this company and look somewhere else. This has been a horrible nightmare now I have to find somebody else to rip out their big mess. I mean it’s a nightmare. It’s so bad and then he’s wearing shoes in my white Shower white marble floor. My husband doesn’t even go barefoot in there unless he’s got a towel down to hang up some laundry to dry or anything like that.
Don’t step in there with our shoes on because we don’t wanna stay in the marble or the grout and then when my husband asked him to remove his shoes, he still ignored us. Just totally ignored us walked in and out, walked over that expensive rug and was stuffing in the grout that he was peeling out was stepping in it, smashing it into the tile so it has to be scraped off and it’s just the whole job is a mess. I recommend that you do not use this company.

We both said "wow" at the quality of work Joey and Des did in our home. They provided top notch service!!!! We will refer them to our friends and use them again. The work is superior and the pricing is fair.

DTR took the time to explain the process to us and helped pick out grout colour. Our tiles now look like new. The grout colour is a perfect match too. There were no harsh fumes at all. Wish we had done it sooner. I would definitely recommend this company.

As mentioned I have now used DTR again at another house to clean and seal the grout on about 2500 sq/feet of tile. Again Cory and team did an excellent job. I am having a lot of renovation work done on this house and this by far has been the best bang for the buck towards making the house look better. The floor looks new!

had some loose and broken tiles, needed some fastened back down others replaced. Dr Tile crew showed up on time, and worked very carefully lifting and replacing tile as we had a very limited supply of spare tiles left over from original installation, they put tiles in place and managed to leave us with one spare tile. project completed in professional manor and well done.

This company is responsive and responsible. They take pride in their work and the employees speak highly of their bosses. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing their many services.

Doctor Tile Restoration did an amazing job for us! We bought a new home and wanted to do all we could to protect the tile and grout. TJ came out and explained the whole process.
