Cody is a superb representative of this company. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Rinnai Tankless water heater, and the types of issues that can cause a lack of heat on demand. He was not rushed and had the equipment and materials with him to do a thorough investigation, then recommendation. He returned the next day to solve the problem that had been going on for four weeks. This will be my go to plumbing company for all issues going forward. It helps that the company is a certified Rinnai dealer.

Called many places early morning and they all wanted all my info before telling me if they had emergency availability for today. Not these guys, I called and was greeted by a wonderful and friendly lady who understood my need and gave me a scheduled time. Erick showed up on time and fixed the damaged back flow ASAP. This is the type of service provider we need more of. All around stupendous job wish I could rate higher

Plumber was fine, however they require a $69.00 trip charge regardless of whether you proceed or not, which I understand and they wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone. They then charged $324.00 for a 15 min. job hooking up a quick connect for a gas line. So no matter how simple your job is, expect to pay at least $300.00.

Cody was excellent and very professional. They tell you the price upfront and explained what he did and anything that may need to done in the future.

After having difficulty with a rusty handle on the water shut off / on valve, my son recommended that I call Plumbing Express.

Excellent Plumber. Branson installed my Springwell Whole House water filtration system and did an excellent job! He also did a water flow meter and was very helpful in setting that up as well. Thanks Branson!!

We had a water leak and after mold remediation we needed the leak repaired. I called Plumbing Express. They were prompt, professional, and repaired the leaks as well as replaced old cast iron that would have resulted in another leak in our 50+ year old house. Cody arrived timely as promised. He was professional in every aspect. Provided an upfront estimate of the cost to install a new (whole house) Moen water shut off valve.
I had the pleasure of watching him test and install the device. He was meticulous and organized in his approach, and the quality of his work was outstanding. He installed the new smart valve and tested its operation. He ensured that I was able to successfully set up the monitoring app on my phone. He cleaned up after all of his work and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything he had done.

We could not have asked for a service man better than what we experienced with Erick. He diagnosed the issue, made sure he could obtain a new unit, and performed the trade-out of units exceptionally well. He informed us all the while he performed the switch out of the old to the new unit.
At our request, he came back to make sure the system was performing correctly, which we greatly appreciated. He never rushed through any of this, and takes great care to make sure everything is not only operating correctly, but also that we understand all that he is doing. We applaud both his work and the follow up from Plumbing Express itself.

Very satisfied with Damn good Plumbing. I had no hot water, my old tankless water heater needed to be replaced, they responded very quickly and replaced it the next day! Chris did a great job! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Reasonably priced and would strongly recommend them.
