Edited to add that we had them back out today for a smaller issue we had and Quinton and Mike were so good to work with. The nicest guys and not out to take your money. Honest and trustworthy. If you’re not using them … YOU SHOULD!!

These guys, rock, hard-working, knowledgeable, and get it done right we had very Challenging, plumbing problems in our park line us up with the right repair parts and did the work in a very timely manner considering the extent of the repair would happily use them again for any further needs. Damm Good Plumbing installed my heat pump and air handler a year and a half ago in a new construction. Recently, I discovered that the system is dripping condensation outside of the pan, and some parts are already starting to rust. I called them to take a look.

They sent out a technician—who was excellent, professional, and helpful. He quickly identified that the return ducts were too small and likely causing the issue. When I pointed out that Damm Good had done the original install, he agreed someone from the office would follow up with me. But no one ever called.

Instead, I received a bill for $165, even though the technician didn’t perform any repair—just diagnosed the problem with the system their company had installed. When I called the office to discuss this, they told me they could send someone else to diagnose the issue again and give me a quote after I paid the $165. But the issue had already been diagnosed, and again—this is a system their company put in less than two years ago.

I spoke with Chris and explained that I simply expected a little accountability. I'm happy to pay for labor, but I also need the company to stand behind their work. I hoped he’d acknowledge that and waive the $165 fee. Instead, he insisted I had to pay before they’d take any further steps.

Very disappointing. The technician was great, but the office response made me feel like I was being charged to troubleshoot their own mistake—with no real commitment to making it right.

We had an emergency drainage problem over the long weekend. I got a phone number of Damn Good Plumbing from a friend. I called them and they responded swiftly..Technician Sammy was great! He arrived quickly to our house. He identified the issue and resolved it spot on. Very professional! Highly recommend Damn Good Plumbing!

Sorry about your head. Mike was thorough in his evaluation of my system that is tired & old. Spent an hour explaining what would be the most economical way to upgrade and HALF the price of what another company attempted to sell me . Damm Good. call them.

We had the water turnoff valve to the house replaced and added two outside water lines under the house and spigots installed. Blake arrived on time and offered us options that lowered our cost. Labor costs were very reasonable.

Mike is very good at his job! Explained to me how to take care of our 15 year old air conditioner to help make it last a few more years! Another one of the Damm Good team came to finish the connect of sink and disposal with auto switch and connect dishwasher and provide drainage and hook up refrigerator water line. All done expertly and timely

Luke and his associate were courteous and very patient to explain the work required to resolve problem. They took every measure requested to ensure the plumbing was fully reconnected without any leaks!

Prompt, professional, reasonable. AC diagnosis found no r34 in the system. Nitrogen pressure test found a pinhole in a coil bend near the compressor. Braised the hole, pressure re-check., refil with 5 lbs of r34, approx 2hrs labor, done. Thanks Mike!

Damm Good Plumbing came highly recommended by our condo manager and the building engineer. So I called with high expectations. From first contact (providing pictures via their system- thereby avoiding a preliminary inspection visit), discussing solution options with knowledgeable tech, receiving a quote with all aspects of the service needed included (others made portions of the process mine to handle), providing approval through their system and the next day having two clearly experienced and genuinely friendly plumbers who worked their trade and set it up for their electrician counterpart to come and complete the install which he did equally as competently, and my spouse and I enjoyed showers in time for our scheduled dinner date with friends. .

We bought our new washer/dryer from Jessup’s who put us in touch with Damm Good. Sammy was our service tech and came out to hook up our new dryer bc it heats with natural gas. He was very kind and was in and out without any issues! Great customer service, highly recommend!

Very fair. No BS. Good communication and flexibility also. My wife is in the hospital and I’ve had to change the appointment a couple times and they were very understanding. Service technician was professional and clear. And bottom line as they fixed my problem, which has not been the case in the past with other companies.
