I called companies for over an HOUR before I found New Life that was able to come help us on a Friday at 4:00! Their service person was knowledgeable and friendly, and thankfully, our issue was not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. They fixed the immediate problem and gave us a quote to complete the entire repair which was more than reasonable! Highly recommend!

Ruben and Braden did an excellent job addressing the plumbing problems at my house. They were polite, efficient, and kind. Highly recommend New Life Plumbing services.

Ruben called to notify me he would be arriving early. He was quick to diagnose where the water leak was occurring and quick to get the leak fixed. He was extremely professional and made sure I knew the costs before committing to repairs. Exceptional service!!!!

Brandon was amazing! He took the time to really teach me everything that he was observing that was wrong and made sure I understood and was okay with all the changes suggested to be made. He confirmed at the end of the process to show me everything was working okay before he left. He even cleaned up after and was very polite and informative.

We were beyond happy with the service and information provided by our technician. He showed and explained the camera feed from the pipes and described everything to us so we knew the conditions of the system. This will be the only Plumbing company we call.

The drain line for my washing machine had come apart and needed to be replaced. Ruben arrived after a text message that he was on his way. He appraised the issue, provided a price and then went to Home Depot for parts that he did not have. Ruben returned to the house and proceeded to replace the drain line. His work was done quietly and he cleaned up after himself. Ruben is a professional and polite young man and it was a pleasure to deal with him. He is an asset to New Life Plumbing and hopefully is well compensated for his work. New Life Plumbing is fortunate to have such a high caliber person among their staff.

Terrific…service was professional, knowledgeable, and smart. Performed on time and willing to travel to purchase necessary parts rather than returning the following week. Repaired a difficult shower controller the same day. Easily deserves 5 stars!

Everything went quick and smoothly made a call to New Life Plumbing,They emailed me a contract. I approved, they sent a guy out he got here when he was supposed to on time very polite and professional couldn't ask for a better experience. I would recommend them.

First time using New Life Plumbing. I had an AO Smith tankless water heater that was installed when I purchased the house 4 1/2 years ago. It developed a leak and I got a new unit from AO Smith. (I picked up the unit and had it available). So the service call with New Life was removed the unit and install the new unit (like kind). There was no other parts or plumbing to do on this install. Price quote was $850.00.😢
After some discussion they wavered the $70.00 service call fee. Final price was still $850.00 solid, sorry but I think they could have charged a better price. The tech was good very friendly, did a good job, and was in and out in less than 1 hour for $850.00 🤔

I’ve been needing service for a while now and I know Tyler and therefore trusted he would do the right thing. Reuben came out and I could not have asked for a better person to do the two jobs I needed done at my home. Price was reasonable and the job was done to perfection. Reuben was professional and explained all the work and when he finished I went over all the work he had done. Will definitely use them again for any future work I need for my properties.

Out hot water heater decided to die the day after Christmas. Next Level was able to get a tech to come back into work and got a new one installed that day. Manny our tech was awesome!

Amazing! I had issues in my guest bathroom and basically had it redone for a super fair price. And they didn’t price gauge me for same day service on a Friday afternoon job that went into the evening. Evan is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The office is on it as well. Simon and Matt did a terrific job with installing our new Hybrid Water heater. It was a one-day installation from initial evaluation to finish. Once again, Next Level met our expectations. Thank you.

They said they completed the repair, 2 minutes later there was water pouring out of the drain again. Checked the repair and it was not even the correct part, was not even hand tight never mind water tight. Had to chase down the repair techs who then had to go get the correct part. The fact that it was not fixed correctly should have been obvious if they had done their due diligence. VERY disappointed.

Michael was the best plumber we've ever hired! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to our concerns. He really relates to everyone he meets. You can tell he loves his job and explains what he's doing and why. He truly exemplifies plumbing going to the Next Level!
