The company kept in touch, came within promised time window, honored the estimate, and Kevin was a pleasure to have in my home. My kitchen faucet install was done quickly and efficiently.

Our hot water heater was gushing a waterfall when we woke up in the morning. Robert came right out and put a new hot water heater in. Robert was courteous and thorough in making sure everything worked properly and we greatly appreciate the prompt service!

Tallon is Simply the Best! In 5 minutes he diagnosed problem with both bathrooms. Immediately got snake, found sewer cover in yard and pumped out. Great fun talking with him as a 3rd generation plumber!

Robert was our plumber who came “on time” and was very polite from the get go…….he gave me my options on a garbage disposal and explained the best option. Robert was neat and clean and knew his business!! I would recommend him to anyone!!!

2 weeks ago our property management company didn't show up for 2 days with our plumbing issue. Kevin Houston from 1-Tom-Plumber was our savior. He took the extra time to address each of our issues and made sure our main line was working properly with a camera and even showed us the photos & videos of what the original issue was.
