Lucas scanned and mapped out my old Venice garden’s sewer lines. So far they look good but I’m now prepared for the future when I will have Prestige replace my lines. I feel confident they would do a stellar job.

Dan and Russ from Prestige Plumbing arrived timely today to clear out a clog in my sewer pipe. They were professional and courteous, worked efficiently, explained what they had to do and answered all my questions. And did a nice job cleaning up. I had previously used Prestige Plumbing for a master bath renovation and highly recommend them.

We called Prestige Plumbing for a constant water leak on our water softener. Mr. Ortiz helped us in an emergency, same-day call and we are very happy with the results. He was quick and efficient, and we were lucky and did not need any new parts. Thank you!

We had a ruptured stack crisis in our condo. The HOA sent Prestige to do the huge and messy work. Prestige replaced all cast iron pipes with PVC. Ross and Lucas were amazingly hard working, thorough, efficient and very personable. Alex (in the office) was super helpful and a terrific communicator, and kept us in-the-loop through the process. They did an excellent job and very, very clean! MUCH appreciated.

My wife and I recently had two bathrooms redone in our condo in Longboat Key. We worked with Prestige Plumbing and Alex in particular. We changed all of our fixtures and changed the plumbing in the walls to accommodate our new design. Alex was always very professional. He was great in communicating our appointments and confirming. I can’t say enough good things about the way Alex handled both of our jobs as they were done at separate times. I would highly recommend Alex and Prestige Plumbing to anyone that ask.

Called on a Sunday and immediately got a consultation and price range for restoration of water line for my new fridge. They told me how to prepare, what parts extra I made need, and precisely when to expect them. Hebreux Rene, my technician was very quick and efficient. Prestige plumbing was recommended to me by HOA board president at my condominium. My water heater was approximately 35 years, and water was not heating up anymore. Alex at Prestige and one of my friends told me to get a new 40-gallon electric water tank. My condo closet is pretty tight. The old tank was 17 inches in diameter and most of the new ones are 19 inches. 19-inch, tank with a pan would not fit unless I removed the base boards. Alex researched his vendors and found one 18-inch wide. He later provided me with an estimate and offered a cash discount. Then, Alex coordinated with the condo president, a water shut off for the entire 5th floor, because my condo unit isolation valve had to be replaced and the water line needed to be re-routed.
Two days later the “A-Team” Lucas and Ross arrived in the morning with the tank. They both worked diligently with Lucas being outstanding one. The water heater isolation valve was also replaced, and I was amazed how they fitted the pan under the tank. Watching Lucas was like watching an artist at work. He was very thorough. At the end he tested the tank and at the top there was a small leak. He resealed the connectors and tested them again. Everything worked terrific. I would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing & Restoration, Alex, and his A-Team (Ross & Lucas) to anybody that wants professional installation of a water heater or any other plumbing job.
