Prestige Plumbing customer service was great. Alex, the operations manager was fast and very nice. A call on a Friday afternoon and I had little hope for anyone coming today and not over charging me. Not only was the price fair, but they came within the hour, and as someone with a 5-week-old baby I am beyond appreciative. Dan, the technician, was polite and was able to fix the backup in our bathtub and toilet. Very happy & grateful customer!

Never disappointed! After a quick call to Prestige Plumbing, Alex was on his way within a couple of hours to solve our plumbing issue. If you don't use Prestige Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, you should. Service is excellent. We won't use anyone else.

They showed up on a holiday weekend when a plumbing leak was suspected and looked over the situation, confirming it was not a plumbing leak that was occurring in my condo. It turned out to be a plugged stack in the AC condensate line and HVAC company had to unclog it.

I have to say out of all the plumbing places that I have dealt with Prestige was one of the best ones that I've ever dealt with Dan and Finn were honestly so respectful so clean they were very nice and they are definitely worth keeping at that company. I highly recommend Prestige for anyone that needs Plumbing needs for sure

Project was to extend our underground propane gas line so I could us it for a fire pit and generator. Prestige Plumbing quickly responded to my request for quote, and started the work the next day. The guys were very respectfully of my property and quickly completed the installation. I had some issues with my appliances (not related to the gas line installation), that Alex continued to support until resolved. Alex and the Prestige Plumbing team went way beyond expectations with both the installation and support. I can't image being this satisfied with any other company. Thank you!!
