If you’re having any type of plumbing issues, I highly recommend Premier! We had a plumbing emergency Sunday evening and Kevin went out to look at the issue. Not only did he take care of the issue, but he went back first thing the next morning with a camera to investigate further. He communicated with me the entire time, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Thank you, Kevin!

Gas hot water heater was leaking and I called to get a replacement. I paid $125 for a representative to come out and quote me on a replacement that was $1100 more than a local competitor. I refused the quote and will not be using Premier Plumbing in the future.

Let me be clear. The plumbers that came to do the work were great. No complaints with them but I had three appointment appointments and you missed the appointment window on EVERY SINGLE one. Meant I had to ask my tile people to work Saturday and then had push the shower door people out as well. Your scheduling is ridiculous. Once it was an emergency pipe repair which I completely understand but missing it 3 out of 3 is a habit not a happenstance

We just had ALEX at our house to do some work, his professional talent and knowledge of plumbing was amazing to see ! His personality and his ability to communicate what needs to be done is A-1 !! We would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing to anyone for all your plumbing needs.

Outstanding service and response time! Had a toilet overflow issue due to a clogged line going out to the sewer system in my neighborhood. Prestige had Anthony at my place within one hour. He worked to clear the clog and clean up in and around the toilet, put in a new seal, and new caulking. Excellent workmanship, very good price. My highest recommendations!

From the time that they arrived they never stopped working, My husband also stated how very polite they were. They answered all questions we had asked. Awesome company and awesome service. I had another plumber under my home warranty contract come out and they were going to charge me 1,500.00 for a leaking piper in my garage saying it was more work than the warranty covered. We woke up to both of our toilets not flushing on a Sunday morning. Prestige arrived within 2 hours after we called them. The young man spent 2 hours working on our issue and when he left all was back to normal. Thank you to Prestige!

Service is incredible. Had a slab leak at 6pm on a Saturday night with an inch of water in the hotel room. Called Prestige and the owner Josh was on call, within the hour Josh was onsite and working to solve the issue. After detecting the leak Josh went to work and fixed the problem. Ortiz did a wonderful job! We had a cheap builder's grade turnoff for our refrigerator water feed, and it needed to be replaced. He brought with him exactly what he needed and even though he warned me that the drywall would need to be cut and they couldn't repair, he only cut what he absolutely needed and the coverplate covers the hole! AND, he cleaned up the dust! Their prices are fair and they got here remarkably quickly given the repair work going on in the St. Pete area. We highly recommend Prestige Plumbing.
