Outstanding service from David. He's polite, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and informative, which was crucial, as I live in a 1971 mobile home, which have their own unique issues. I am plumbing illiterate, but clearly explained the problem, and why he had to do what he had to do. I had no idea where my clearout was, but he located and even advised I needed a new cover. He then used some sort of radar/camera device and found that FPL had actually drilled into my main sewer line and inserted one of their PVC pipes into it, which obviously is creating a blockage. I informed my mobile home park, and they will have FPL fix the problem they caused. He performed his work quickly and cleanly. Highly recommended.

Dominic Levy came out to my house one of the nicest individuals I’ve ever met, first of all he has a high level of knowledge and took into consideration my concerns then after he let me talk through the issues with the clogged drain and sewage On the floor, he gave me a variety of options.

After unclogging the Drain they did me a great service by putting a camera in the drain to ensure that the drain system was open. I’m so thankful that Dominic came out and took care of my plumbing needs. I will be calling and asking for Dominic by name. Thank you.

I just had Duran Allen replace our hot water heater and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very neat and did a fantastic job putting the hot water heater in. Would recommend this company and him to any of my neighbors. And there prices are reasonable.

I called this company on a Sunday due to an urgent plumbing issue. Unlike many other companies I called, they were the only one that would come right out and answered my call. I used them to unclog a blockage, and continued to use them for additional services of hydro jetting and descaling of old cast iron pipes which I’d had done less that a year ago. The price was a bit higher than others but I chose them to hydro jet. At which time they found two additional clogs recommend the pricy cppi procedure. I decided to do some price comparison and check ratings. I found a more thorough, experienced and higher rated company didn’t have to subcontract out and that ultimately would have cost me less, and included flushing all pipes, not just the main line. I originally would have said they were 5 star, but after a written quote that was more than original verbal quote, and a few other concerns, I went for final projects. I’d rate them 3.5 because these few issues in communication. Nevertheless I would strongly recommend Unclog plumbing 24/7 if you want a prompt reputable company.

Duran came out and fixed our washing machine that was leaking water onto the floor. He is a very pleasant gentleman with excellent knowledge and skills. Great work they done for me very very impressed. Cannot say anything better they came on time and they did a lovely job and they’re pricing is very nice pricing.

Just recently bought a home with old cast iron pipes. Water started backing up in our shower and toilet and stopped flushing. Duran did awesome! Not only did he come out for an inspection, he also was able to come out later that day and fix our problem. He communicated well so we knew what was happening from start to finish!

My shower was backed up. They called me back right away after i sent then a message online and set an apt for the next day. While on the phone i asked what the service fee was & they said it's a free estimate.
The guy came out & uncle my drain in 15 minutes and is worked great! He charged me $335.00 and said that was the basic service price. I feel it's on the higher end and i wish they told me that on the phone.

So the technician Joe Lord was an excellent representative of your company.Veey easy to talk to and got to the root of the problem I to seems.He was very helpful with information I inquired about He worked efficiently and resolved the problem at this time quickly.He seems to be a valuable asset to your company I would definitely obtain your services in the future and will definitely refer to anyone I know having problems with their plumbing needs .

I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with Nick and Mike, the incredible plumbers who came to my house. From start to finish, they were absolute professionals—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to doing the job right.

They didn’t just fix the issue—they went above and beyond, making sure every single detail was perfect before they left. Their work ethic is unmatched. You could tell they truly care about the quality of their work and about making sure their customers are happy. They didn’t leave until everything was running 1000%, and their commitment blew me away. It was pricy but after I seen the dedication they had it didn’t hurt me as much, paying that much money, if that makes any sense.

Nick and Mike have definitely earned my trust, and this is now my go-to plumbing company for anything I need in the future. It’s rare to find people who take that much pride in their work these days. There seriously need to be more people like them out there!

They showed up within an hour of me calling them and immediately cleared at the kitchen drain. Extremely happy with this quick and efficient service. Worth the price for the service.

We had major blockages in our indoor waste pipes. The problems were many and we were shown camera views of the sludge. Steve found the problems and Rodney fixed them. Both techs were excellent. We also had our 50 year old cast iron pipes cleaned out, etc. It was expensive, but what price is peace of mind?Need to take care of pipes, people!!

Joe came the same day and he did a thorough job. I would not hesitate to use these guys again! The price was great and they called me within 5 minutes of submitting an online request.

First place out of seven places that I called who actually advertised 24 hour service and was actually 24 hour service! The guys who came out were very professional, and took the time to show and explain the exact issue we were having and why it's continuous.
They also provided a rough estimate on what they would charge to replace our PVC.
