I am in the middle of transforming the guest bathroom into a walk-in shower. Got rid of the tub and had to have some pipes capped. Once again, I used Premier Plumbers. Jeff was professional and courteous. On time and respectful. I am now ready for my inspection tomorrow. Thank you, Premier! You are the best!

I’m extremely impressed with Premier Plumbers! We had an emergency during last years hurricane, sewer backed up! I called them, never having used them before (we had recently moved into our home) and they brought 2 trucks thru the flooding water to help!! They assessed the problem, it was a result of the flooding & were able to clear the drains inside & outside of my home!!!
So, when the guest bathroom toilet began to leak, I called them on Friday. Brian was here today, Monday. He was not only honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable but cleaned up after he completed his repairs/replacements!!!
Thank you Premier Plumbing for having such a great crew. Thank you Brian for all of your help and guidance. You all deserve ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Zach was out here help with a water pressure issue. helped identify problem, got us in touch with a leak detection service. Very helpful and courteous. James was out today to help fix my clog, on time and very courteous, premier is a great company

We reached out to three companies for the job of sealcoating our long driveway. Derek was very fast with an estimate. His prices were in line with the others and his company had the best customer ratings. Communication about the time of the job were very good with both written and phone contacts. The job started and finished on time and he was very attentive to details and cleanup. Overall, an excellent job and highly recommended.

Jeff Shafer and his team at Premier Plumbers are top notch and very knowledgeable. When I called his office to get a bid for work, the team was very professional, had the work scheduled for the same week and the technician showed up early to start the work. They helped with a variety of jobs including drain and faucet installation as well as dishwasher hookup. I would recommend them to all my friends and and family for any of their plumbing needs.

The plumber was very neat and cleaned up after their work very well. They communicated very well about the process. The work was considered excellent.

Very knowledgeable and thoughtful. We had a miscommunication on the cost of the backflow testing, but the general manager was responsive, and resolved the issue immediately that same day. They came out in a pinch and got the work done well, and done right!
