Did a great job better than anyone else I could’ve called had the proper tools and experience, guy was super cool , left the bathroom way cleaner then he needed to, techs name was Red , great great job, and he showed up way quicker then anybody else could , same day within the hour. Overall wonderful experience. Thanks so much for getting my toilet of a thrown back on its legs Red.

Kevin was on time, professional, and took care of the problems we called him for. When I requested he add another aspect to the job he quickly gave an estimate, had the necessary items on his truck to do it and we moved forward. When he left, everything was completed, fully functioning and clean. We are very pleased and will be calling soon for a different project in a bathroom.

We had a septic line issue which required an immediate response. Robert was quick to respond and resolved the issue fast. He further examined other related aspects replacing one additional part which was problematic. His courteous and professional demeanor was second to none. We can’t thank him enough for how he helped us in a time of need.

Robert was extremely professional, pleasant, and effective at resolving our issues. He managed to quickly clear a clog in our laundry stand-pipe that another previous plumber we hired could not fix. I had a last-minute work-from-home meeting that started right when Robert arrived, and he graciously agreed to wait to start working so as not to interrupt my work meeting; fantastic service!

I had a couple plumbing issues at my house that definitely needed taking care of. Rob came out and made everything simple for us. He took his time. I had another company scope my cast iron pipes, and they gave me a quote for hydrojetting which just seemed high, so I called 1-Tom-Plumber to see what their price was. It was one quarter of the other company's price! And they could come the very next day.

Robert showed up 15 minutes early and was a delight. He did the work quickly, but also took time to answer questions. I would want him next time.

With the price being so much cheaper, I was prepared for an upcharge. But there wasn't any. Comes with free clog service for six months. Very pleased with my first experience using Robert and 1-Tom-Plumber.

Oh my goodness this company is amazing! I had an issue at night and they were at my place the next morning at 10am. Robert was very professional. He asked what was the issue, took a look, told me what needed to be done, did the job, explained what caused it, and then explained how to prevent future issues. Excellent customer service!!

So I needed my kitchen sink jetted and after talking to several companies I was told that it was going to be a couple thousand dollars. Somebody recommended 1 Tom Plumber to me and their quote was a fraction of the others and Rob was able to come out the next day. He was fantastic in every way and got the line completely clear. The job was messy but he did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. He was also very personable and friendly during his visit which is always nice. Anyways, this will be the first place I call in the future if I need another plumber!
