I called after hours one day and the next morning I got a text message asking for my information and what I need help with. The guy came out Same day. He had to go to the store to buy the part and fixed it. Amazing service.

Erick arrived on time, very professional with a wonderful personality. He disconnected the gas line from my stove as scheduled, checked there were no leaks & left the area nice & neat. He emailed my invoice to me along with before & after photos of the work. I plan to use Plumbing Express for future plumbing jobs & will ask for Erick.

Well, my outcome is detailed- my gas line to the pool was cut off by the previous homeowner. ( leak ) I did get a credit for part of it. It’s an expensive job. I’m glad that I have this company to support me through this. I think that they are highly technical, extremely educated and current on everything that’s needed. !!! THEY ARE HIRED

I highly recommend Plumbing Express. Cody did a great job of repairing the issues and came back when something needed to be tweaked. He communicated everything very well and was very courteous and customer focused.

Quite happy with Plumbing Express. Called them, blindly via a google search, on a Friday afternoon when the plumbers I had referrals for couldn’t get out until the next week. They were very friendly and helpful from the start. Brandon quickly assessed the situation and communicated the next steps. Everything is running great now. Pricing was fair enough. Service was good, friendly, and quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future.

Whole experience was great from setting up the appointment to completion of the job, which was the first annual maintenance of our tankless hot water heater that came with our new home. We never had a tankless water heater before, & Cody was kind enough to give us a brief tutorial on how it works. Pricing seemed fair. We will use Plumbing Express for our plumbing needs in the future.

Rob from plumbing express was amazing, we moved into our new home and had some nuisance issues that we wanted to address sooner than later. Also had a gas line leak to our pool heater which was addressed during the diagnostic period most plumbers won’t even come out of gas is involved. Rob was prompt efficient and sorted our needs well. Highly recommended

They gave me straight advice as to what they proposed to do. And they did what they said they were going to do. Price was inflationarily high, but what else is not insanely priced these days. I will recommend them to all my business associates

No hot water on thanksgiving!! We went with cold showers to avoid disrupting others’ holidays but even over the holiday weekend the team at plumbing express got back to us and we had hot water before noon on Monday. Erick explained everything and did a great job. Thanks!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. They sent someone out to fix broken pipes, but he was unable to fix the issue and still charged me $240.00 for absolutely no results. I feel completely taken advantage of. The service was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for real professionals who know what they’re doing.

Very nice serviceman and apprentice came on time and did a decent job with clearing the drain and installing the drain basket that replaced the removed disposal. They quoted an outrageous price IMO to remove a disposal and clear the blocked line. Sink kept flowing into disposal and vice versa. I informed them that the dishwasher stopped draining and I was assured that all would be functional including the dishwasher when I agreed to the estimate quote of $615 (upfront he took off $100 to reuse the old pipe or something). So original estimate was $700+ including the dishwasher issue. The dishwasher still doesn’t drain but they cleared the line and said I need now to get the dishwasher repaired or replaced. I think the price is extremely high for what was actually done compared to what was promised and saw many reviews for this company stating approximately $300 for similar drain repair which is why I chose them.

If they set the correct expectations about the dishwasher I would have made a better decision moving forward with the repair.
