The best plumbing company ever! Steve is so kind and easy to talk to. Had several issues that were fixed in like a week and a half. Awesome people with very fare prices.

The service I received today from Johnson and Sons Plumbing was absolutely amazing and nothing short of profound amazing customer service. My initial call was me thinking I needed a new hot water heater when I spoke to Steve the owner, he was very energetic, knowledgeable and extremely kind. He was able to not only give me a reasonable quote but also educated me on the water heater and gave me potential options. Matt came out and first assessed the leak and was so friendly and honest and told me my hot water heater was fine, and the drain line just needed to be cleared. I must say, I am truly impressed and have much respect for the service and honesty I received from Steve and Matt. Many places would just take your money, but they did not do that. They were honest, educational and super professional, which I truly appreciate, because it can be hard to find honest people these days. I would recommend them 10x's over and will definitely be calling them for any of my plumbing needs in the future. 10 out of 10 all day!! Roland did a fantastic job solving our issue. We had an extremely stubborn clog and he was very persistent until the line was cleared.

These guys did a great job diagnosing an issue with my kitchen faucet, then replacing with the new one that I bought, as well as finding the source of some persisted odors in my bathroom sink. They were very responsive, affordable, and easy to work with. I would definitely call them again.

Roland Yates and his helper arrived in the appointment window scheduled and were able to accomplish all of my plumbing needs. Roland even went over and beyond by calling Koehler to send new toilet caps that went missing during my new floor installation. Very professional, friendly, and on time! We had a toilet replaced, and although there was an item they did not have on the truck, they left and came back with one quickly. The only disappointment is that one of the plastic bolts from the toilet base is too long to secure the cap over it—not a huge deal, but a pet peeve.

Staff was efficient and professional. I have already given cards out 2 of my neighbors and my family in sarasota.

Provided timely and excellent service regarding an issue we had with a leak coming from the connection to county water line.

Can’t say enough positive things about Ryan’s plumbing. Came out on time, with 2 people, well dressed, extremely professional and polite. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. A DIFFERENT big-name plumbing company was out the day before for 4 hours, and tried to charge me 4x the price before I told them I wanted to get another opinion. Ryan’s is there to fix the problem, not to upsell you. And Rolland is FANTASTIC!!

Extremely impressed with both administration at Ryan's Plumbing and Roland, the plumber who serviced my home twice. Administration communicated clearly with me and researched exactly what was needed. Roland immediately diagnosed the problem I had been dealing with for months, obtained the supplies needed, cut the old water heater out of the wall, installed the new one, and even drywalled back up. Very impressive to find a plumber who does all this.

Ryan's did our backflow testing required by the county. Jennifer was so friendly, and made the whole process seemless. They arrived before the due date and completed the test. We would recommend them for anyone needing this done!
