Commode tank shut off valve went bad. Called Steven and explained. He told me he would be at my house in about 20 minutes, he was here in 20 minutes! Another 30 minutes and the repair was completed and the area cleaned up. I will be using his services again soon to effect some upgrades!

Today Wednesday at 5:15 my entire house backed up. Called Johnson & son plumbing within 20 minutes he was at my residence. Figured out the problem and clear the drain in no time at all! Professional exceptionally fast service!

I contacted Johnson and sons Plumbing last year in October 2024, I was actually asking for a quote for a water heater replacement, so after sending some pictures to this request to get an idea of ​​the capacity and the location of the unit, he sent it to me a quote, I was there only for two weeks and had other things to do first and we decided to do the replacement in July 2025.
Last week I was contacted by the Shorewalk association asking me to intervene quickly for the replacement of the water heater which had a leak and which caused damage to the condo below, since I had clients in the condo for the high rental season, Johnson and sons reacted directly, they sent me the same price of the first quote and asked me to pay the deposit and as soon as the payment was made 3-4 hours later I was contacted to tell me that everything was in order, my tenant told me that the job was impeccable and the reaction was very quick, I must say that I was really impressed because I had to do everything by email because I am in Europe and this company did an excellent job without ever having to deal directly with me in the end, so this company is really trustworthy and the prices are not exaggerated at all, if I need their service again I will call on them with my eyes closed without hesitation, thank you very much. Steven was a godsend. I had an undetected leak which led to a ridiculously high water bill. After locating the leak and deciding I did not wish to rip up the flooring and concrete, Steven came out and did a total repiping which turned out great. He was responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, honest, reasonably priced and did a great job. When others could not get to me for several days, he was able to accommodate me quickly. I will definitely be contacting him for any future plumbing jobs.

We wanted to add a stand-alone bathtub in our master bathroom. Steve came to our home and took the time to do the investigating of our pipes, before he gave us a very fair price. He did this so that there would be no surprises when he came out to do the work. Steve is an excellent communicator and he is a real craftsman.
