Matt was here on time, called when he was on the way. He did a great job of unclogging the toilet and cleaned up afterwards. I will for sure recommend your company, Professional Plumbing to all my friends. It’s hard to find good people to do a good job. 😊

Just beware,
I was helping my 93 year old neighbor as she has a little difficulty with language. I talked to "Ben" for a quote and he gave me a quote and at that time he stated this price is with pan and all valves above tank. I assumed that included most important valve, the 50 year old gate valve. I was wrong, that was much more. The problem I have according to code as Bradenton explained to me that gate valve needs to be changed to ball valve which is code.
The inspector for Bradenton had me change my 50 year old gate valve to a ball valve.
Now either they are trying to nickle and dime you for more money or they are not doing it to code.
Do you really want to leave a 50 year old valve that you can't shut off in case of emergency leak? I don't do business with dishonest people. Wish I knew this before they started job. Numerous times talking to " Ben"I had to tell him to quit raising his voice to me. He was very upset I called him out on this.
Bad part is I got this company another job in same building same day...

Wayne provided an estimate for bringing water supply loop inside garage. His knowledge, professionalism and attention to customer requirements were beyond reproach .

We used Professional Plumbing to re-pipe our manufactured home because we had 30 year old polybutylene pipes. Matt gave an extremely fair quote over the phone based on the description of our home. We had called several other plumbing companies who sent a salesperson out and their quotes were $2,000-$5,000 higher than Matt's quote. We asked Matt about some of the additional charges that were on the other quotes we received and he responded that they were all part of the re-piping process and shouldn't be an extra charge. Those items were all included in his quote.

We have always preferred to work with smaller, family-run companies and Professional Plumbing didn't disappoint! The crew came out and replaced all the pipes and shut off valves in our home in one day! They were very polite, professional and cleaned up before they left. We had a minor issue with a shower that was installed after they did their work. They came out promptly to fix it with no additional charges. We highly recommend Professional Plumbing!

Professional Plumbing and Steven checked every box and then some! Arrived early, got to work immediately. Got our drain working again after the first company we hired could not fix it and recommended a very expensive total pipe reroute!! He put everything back, better than it was with improvements. I also felt the price was more than fair. The most pleasant experience in a precarious situation. 100% recommended and will be calling them again when needed.

Great job by Wayne. He fixed a leak from a pedestal sink when another plumber said we needed to replace the whole thing.

I'm a retiree now so I watch my pennies, & even though we selected the most expensive repair (replacing a toilet), we couldn't have been happier with the price & the workmanship. Another 5 Star job by Professional Plumbing (PP). Ramon and Jose did an outstanding job in replacing the home’s cast iron grey water tank line with new PVC and a clean out ……nothing like going from 1967 to 2023 in a day. They were respectful to the property in restoring the dirt and grass in their original location and elevation. Top notch site cleanup as well. Our family has trusted PP for two generations. Never disappointed!

Steve was great to work with. He explained everything well, and treated me with respect. He was also a very good listener, and came up with a great solution for my problem.

Did a good job on 2 of the 3 things he was prepared for. Didn’t address the tankless water heater. I was told some one would follow up. Haven’t heard back yet.

We have an outdoor tankless water heater, and Stephen came to help us figure out why it wasn’t working and did an excellent job! He was very helpful and very kind and very knowledgeable about the product. We highly recommend him!

Plumbers are either commission based or old school paid to do a good job. They sent out Chris who is truly a stand up legit plumber. I have dealt with four plumbing outfits over last 20 years and this company is far better than the other companies combined. Fairly priced and clear about the issues.

We are extremely happy with this company. Steve came out to fix our toilet, and he was great. He went the extra mile and took time to explain everything and give advice. We didn't feel we were being rushed as is often the case with other companies. Steve was honest, not charging us for things that didn't need fixed. And to top it off, their prices are reasonable. We will use this company again when and if needed.
