While doing a tree removal, the crane truck came too close to this back-flow valve and busted the pipes. Chuck and his team were very quick about coming out and getting the issue resolved and back to code. I really appreciate the quality and speed, my client had his water up and running before he came home from work! Highly recommend!

My neighbor worked with Pro-Plumbing Works for a septic tank demo and connection to sewer. They made a bit of mess on my property near the work area due to the use of an excavator and skid steer. I brought this up with Chuck and he made sure to clean up where they tracked dirt on my driveway and raked out the yard where the equipment created ruts. Good communication and I think they quickly resolved my neighbor's waste drain to sewer hookup!

I'll spare you all the boring details but many plumbers have attempted to solve our floor drain situation for a busy Longboat Key restaurant and have been unable. Tim and Enzo were great. They always answer promptly. Have used them for everything from simple clog jobs to more complicated stuff like having our pipes milled and hydro jetted. Don’t think I’d use anyone else. Honest and good!

We had hired another company to unclog a blocked toilet/sewer line. They ended up destroying the toilet, which had to be removed. We consulted a listing of local 5-star contractors and called Pro-Plumbing Works. The no-nonsense owner was easy to work with and we selected a new, higher-quality toilet (with warranty) at reasonable cost.
Upon arrival, Tim, a skilled plumbing tech, checked the line and carefully installed and tested the new toilet. [He also confirmed that they can service our tankless water heater.]
We will use their services for all our plumbing needs.

This is my third time using Pro-Plumbing Works. I couldn’t be happier. Victor did an amazing job installing my new vanity, faucet as well as a new Kohler toilet with ski skirt and soft close lid. Victor, listen to all my concerns before starting. Make sure we were on the same page and didn’t excellent job even cleaning up everything when he was done the job. Repeat Customer :) Chuck and Enzo did an outstanding job repairing my main drain line that had been compromised by a tree root. They quickly located the clean out, cut out the roots, and discovered the pitch of the main drain had been affected. This required them to chip away at the slab, reset everything properly, and replace the compromised section. Their work was professional, thorough, and done with great attention to detail. They explained every step of the process and made sure the repair was built to last. I couldn’t be happier with the results—highly recommend Chuck and Enzo for anyone needing drain or plumbing repairs done right the first time!

Professional Plumbing is awesome. We have used them a number of times over the past 5 years in two of the houses we have lived in. Every time the problem is fixed and done right with no problems. Wayne came out yesterday and replaced a water heater & 2 outdoor water spiggots in 2-3 hours. Along with a new handle on the main water line to the house. Wayne rocks & we are very pleased.

Steve and Matt came to my house and fixed a leaky corroded pipe connected to the exterior faucet bibb. I couldnt get my previous plumber to fix it and was worried it would start leaking into the house. Steve and Matt came over and fixed it in less than an hour by removing the corroded pipe and replacing with a brass one They were awesome and did a fantastic job! It was very affordable and great customer service! Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with PPD. My water heater went out and they were able to come out same day. Parts were ordered and repair completed. Ben and Chris were professional and kind. 100% recommend!!
