Always a pleasure to have Professional Plumbing & Design work at our house. They are responsive, polite, considerate and professional. The work is always topnotch at a reasonable price. Never any collateral damage or dirty worksite. On a recent job Steven Zeman and apprentice, LT had to dig down into a muddy mess in our front yard to fix a leak in the main water line into our house. It was patiently handled without complaint and they got our water flowing again. I appreciate all the different plumbers from Professional Plumbing & Design that have worked at out house over the years. All were good people with a positive and can-do attitude.

Professional Plumbing installed a water heater for me while I was out of the country and needed it done urgently. The work was down in a timely and efficient manner and came in under quotes given by the big bix stores. The technician called me when he finished and gave me an update. Very happy to recommend this company.

Mike was amazing. He carefully repaired my toilet after he showed me and explained what he was going to do. His work was excellent and very neatly done. He also gave me advice on some other concerns I have. I trust him and Professional Plumbers to do fair and excellent work.

I want to begin by saying that the office staff and plumber were all very polite and professional. I called for a "ballpark" quote for the jobs I had. I was told they don't really quote over the phone, and the person who would be able to do so was out of the office this week. They charged $69 to come and give an estimate. Understandably, some jobs require "eyeballs on" to accurately estimate the time and cost, however, many other jobs are fairly straight-forward and could be "guesstimated" over the phone. Gentleman arrived, looked at the several jobs I had, referred to a book with standardized pricing, and wrote me a quote for the jobs of $1,197 - of which $397 was to install a dishwasher... replacement, not new installation. I refused their quote as I felt it was too expensive for the jobs I needed done. The plumbing company I ended up using - who came and gave me a free quote and started the job immediately - charged me $225 for just the dishwasher, and $850 for all the work. A savings of $347. The Professional Plumbing non-refundable service fee of $69 made it difficult to say no to their quote as it's money wasted, but overall, I still saved $278. Lesson learned that there are reputable plumbing companies out there who will still quote for free and are reasonably priced.

First time using Professional Plumbing and Design. They scheduled promptly for a water heater cleaning and at the last minute, morning of appointment, I called to request additional services. All services completed. Steven was wonderful, courteous and provided recommendation on a third item I inquired about during the visit to be completed at a later time. I highly recommend Professional Plumbing and Steven!

I was impressed with the work that Jeff Crisp from Professional Plumbing did at my home recently. He arrived on time, immediately set to work, answered all my questions and was responsive to my concerns. With several years of experience, he was able to fix the problem I had called about. Good work ethic and attention to detail!

The best service providers are not only highly professional at their vocation, but also excellent listeners to their customers' concerns. Chris is an exceptional and patient listener, who addressed all of our issues, installing and fixing things professionally as well as explaining all of the details to us. As he left, we were confident that his work would perform well for a long time.

UPDATE: 4.18.2025: We used them for another job and they went above and beyond. Derek moved away but the other plumbers on the team are awesome. Adding 5 more stars!

We used another plumber in town for years but they weren’t available for when we had an urgent issue so we called Professional Plumbers instead based on Google Recs. The office was so lovely and Derek came out a couple hours later. I was shocked when he diagnosed the problem before I even pulled in the driveway. He helped me understand our plumbing system, and how to prevent future issues. It was such a great experience and I told him he’s our official expert from now on. I can’t recommend them enough.

As usual, the guys from Professional Plumbing showed up on time and diagnosed a strange problem with my kitchen faucet quickly. Then they replaced the faucet and were done within an hour, the day before Thanksgiving. Excellent service.

This was a great first experience with Professional Plumbing & Design. Guys were very nice and very efficient in taking care of our disposal and leaky toilet. I was completely happy with their service and will be calling them again next time we are in need of a plumber. Thank you!!

Quick and professional! Truly thankful!! We literally had another plumber here yesterday who actually made our mainline issue worse and told us we would need new pipes for the whole house costing up to $30,000! We were devastated.

Lucky Professional Plumbing came out today for a second opinion and fixed the problem in 10 minutes for a fair price!!!!!!

I called Professional Plumbing to repair a leak in a hot water pipe that had left a LOT of standing water at the side of my house. It turned out that the leaking pipe was located beneath the 12 inch thick slab underneath the laundry room floor and a cabinet and sink was also on top of it. Derek and Matt were amazing....they worked non-stop for two full days in a very restricted space just to get to the pipe, and they got it repaired on the third day, and also repaired the concrete slab. They kept me up to date on everything they were doing. If I could give a 10 star rating I would...thank you Derek and Matt!

First time I used Professional Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and is the first impression I get of Professional Plumbing. She was very helpful and had me on the schedule for the same day. Eric was the young man who came by and was right on time and did an excellent job of taking care of the plumbing issue. Leak at the refrigerator water line. He was very pleasant and helpful. I will be using your service again should I have other plumbing problems. I have already told friends about my experience and highly recommended your service should they need a plumber.
The cost of the repair was very reasonable.

Professional Plumbing did a great job! We were impressed with the entire process. Derek arrived ahead of schedule, explained the issue and provided the cost upfront. No surprises or upselling. The area was repaired and cleaned at a reasonable price. We will definitely use Professional Plumbing in the future.

They did a great job installing our new water heater. The technician really took his time to evaluate some existing plumbing lines to ensure the end result was perfect. This is the third water heater. We purchased for a couple of properties from them and we’ve been totally happy each time.
