Their service this time wasn't a good experience. Never received my receipt for the work they did in email. They put us off a whole day . I won't have them come out again.

This company knows how to do business RIGHT…. Tech had a lil mess up and misdiagnosis and Chris the manager handled it accordingly. Refunded the invoice and mapped out and logged my pipes for a possible future call free of charge. No one is perfect but this location handled it perfectly.

Had a plumbing issue late at night. They sent Ernest the next morning and be was able to fix the issue quickly. I am now happy that my girlfriend is less mad at me now.

Roto Rooter is the best for quality and service. We Have worked with them on several projects and cannot say enough great things about them. Their pricing. Service, and communication - make doing business with them a pleasure

Lesson Learned ! $700.00 for less than to hours to unclog a kitchen sink - They had a longer than a 25 Ft snake. No parts replaced. Just normal unclog. The worst part I was not there for my 80 year old mother. I spoke to the Tech on the phone and let him know what the situation was, then said please call if you need me, and call as you figure out what might need to be done. Never called, did the Work. Charged my mother 600 or 675 - I paid a hundred dollar service call in the beginning.
I then asked the tech to call me, I asked what was done for that amount he said I just unclogged the drain. I said for roughly 300 dollars an hour he said “ahh yeah” - I said why so much - “because I’m that much better” a complete sarcastic smart ass .
Looks like everyone should be a plumber for 300 bucks an hour! UNREAL ..

Saturday around 4 pm the worst nightmare of all happened. Our sewer system backed up. I begin reaching out to every plumbing company I could think of and no one could get to us until Tuesday. Not being able to wait that long I remembered Roto-Rooter from when we used to live in Georgia and who were our plumbers way back when. I called Rotor-Rooter Saturday afternoon who connected me with Marco from the Sarasota Branch. He arrived to our home around 7 pm and begin working. The problem ended up being on the outside line and he couldn't finish Saturday because he worked until 9:30 pm. He returned Sunday (he gave up his day off) and started the digging of our yard to get to the sewer line. He discovered that there was stagnant water on the Manatee County line that was keeping our line from working properly. Tuesday when I set off my washing machine, everything backed up. I called Marco and Wednesday he confirmed that the issue was being created by the back up on the County line. I called Manatee County Utilities to report the issue, and so did Marco. Manatee County Utilities came Wednesday afternoon and cleared the issue. Everything is working fine now. I praise Marco for his expedient and hard work. I don't know anyone that would give up his days off to work so hard on a job. Hope Roto-Rooter understands how valuable Marco is to the company. Thank you so much.
