We came home from work to no air, called bay area and they had someone out with in the hour and got us up and running. From the person that answered the phone ( can't remember her name but very pleasant)to Patrick that came out and got us back up and running was a great experience. We highly recommend!!!

Patrick was great, wasted no time finding the problem and had it repaired in no time and saved me a lot of money. I will recommend Bay Area A/C to everyone.

My ac went out at 8 am Bay Area AC was at my house before noon.The teck was great found the problem fast and took care of it. The price was fair and they followed up with a call to make sure everything was good. Tech introduced himself, I showed him where everything was located and he went straight to work. After he completed his work he walked me Through everything he did and what I should watch for. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk too. Great Job !!!

Jeff from Bay Area Air Conditioner did superb work! If there are 6 stars, I would be very happy to give him 6 stars. Except his superb professional work, his honesty is so precious nowadays. He saved so much fund for us. I had others from other companies to tell me that they cannot repair and their suggestions are to install new whole system with unbelievable high price. Jeff said our air conditioner can keep on running 5 years more at least. What a great and professional technician! I am extremely happy with Bay Area Air Conditioner company. Around 4:00 today we heard thunder. Unbeknownst to us it was the A/C. Called and the owner was at my house in 20 minutes. Repaired our Fan/Motor, added coolant, cleaned the unit lines and had us cooling down within an hour. Highly recommend them. Great price, wonderful attitude and extremely efficient!

Bill was great. He found the problem with our heat pump system quickly and fixed it. This is our 2nd house that bill has come out to and fixed our A/C or heater.
He has always been very knowledgeable and professional.

Christopher came out here from Bay Area. Air conditioning and cleaned my unit thoroughly and told me what I could do too.Keep it maintained better. He also reminded me how important it is to keep fresh, clean filters in all of the intakes. He was a very kind, courteous person, and he did a good job. I recommend Bay area air conditioning incorporated.
Because the man Christopher that came here did not try to sell me parts. I did not need my air. Conditioner unit is only a few years old. So I was pretty sure it was in pretty good condition, but I have had others come out. And service, my past air conditioners, and they're always trying to sell me big, heavy parts that cost a lot of money. This company did not do that the maintenanced. My air conditioner.
And made sure it was in tip-top condition. Thank you for that bay area.

My Mother hired this company to replace her entire AC/Heat System a few years ago. She also bought an Extended Maintenance Plan. Sadly, my Mom passed away last year and we were tasked with getting her house emptied and on the Real Estate Market. It was brutal work and especially bad considering the AC was not functioning properly on a 94* day! I came across the paperwork and the Contract was literally expiring THAT SAME DAY! (God and Angels were watching). I called Bay Area and at first they said they would deny coverage as the work was not completed by expiration. However, a Manager took over the call and they sent Technician Phillip Andrews a few days later. He was awesome! Solved the problem and cleaned the entire system. This company deserves your business! They not only did the "right thing", but went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
