These guys are awesome. Had a germicidal ultraviolet light installed today. I've been using them for over 7 years.They're always very professional And kind. Highly recommend this company to anybody who needs HVAC. Repairs, Or installations.

We had AC system installed on Monday 6/16 ,they show up at 530 AM and the owner Steve works with crew on installation. I'm 60 years old a previous business owner in all my years this was best experience we ever had .They were all very friendly and clean leaving no mess behind.Steve gave us a portable AC and put freon in my old unit to try to keep it running at no charge. This company is above and beyond in all aspects. We are very happy with the Champion unit he installed.I can't thank you enough and tell you how grateful me and wife are you will be recommended to everyone in need.

Great company to work with. We had a 4 ton ac unit with heat pump installed. A very Professional, fast and friendly family owned company. If you have any Air or Heating needs call Steve at Avalon Air and Heating.

They were great from beginning to end. Steve came out and quoted the work which was a medium size job, adding a return, two supplies, and converting a 2 in 1 out gravity return and a 1 in 1 out gravity return to direct returns which required adding a box. He was able to schedule the work for the next week. I forgot a couple of things, so I reached out to Steve and he responded quickly and working with him remained a great experience. This added cleaning the existing ducts and boxes.

Steve came out on time and ready to go with 3 others, it's a family run business, got things moved as we recently moved in and have boxes everywhere, and covered things. I changed where I wanted a return and supply a couple of times before we started and that was no issue. They got the work done in a reasonable time, quicker than I expected, ant it is quality work. They did what I wanted and it looks and works great. They tested along the way and tunes things. I added something else at the end, a custom thing we needed. We had a 10" duct flange that needed to be mounted in the attic through the ceiling with an elbow attached and a cap with a bird screen and aluminum louvers gravity dampers attached to the elbow to vent heat into the attic from an equipment cabinet. They had no problem with this and seemed happy to do it. We only wanted them to cut the hole, but they offered to get it all done crimping and sealing everything so all we have to do was connect the cabinet and they didn't charge much, in fact less than I expected.

I don't have a reference to compare their cost with others, but I think they were reasonable and I'm very happy with their work from the initial interaction, subsequent interactions before the work, during the job.

They provided quality service at every step especially during the job, they knew what they were doing and did it right. Everything looks great and my A/C system is quieter and seems to be running better.

They were a pleasure to work with and they will be who I use going forward.

Steve and his crew replaced my 23-year-old HVAC system with a new Carrier heat pump. They also found major issues with the wiring between the thermostat and the other units and ran all new wiring. They kept the price at the initial quote and did an excellent job. Talking to my neighbor I paid less than half what he paid for his unit a year ago and his house is smaller than mine. Came out only a week or so after financing was approved, then they Came out on Memorial Day right at 6am and the following day too at 6am to install brand new replacement ac. Very friendly and very prompt and professional. 10/10 would gladly recommend their services to anyone who needs their ac replaced or serviced

We were extremely impressed with how professional and efficient this team was. I requested for a new system to be installed. Within a few days, Steven and the team came to complete the install. They were so thorough on our project took their time and explained some of the steps they did. We definitely will use their services again.

It's difficult in this country to find a company that meets your expectations as a customer.Avalon Heating & Air is one of those companies that has honored its contract and kept its word to me. After six months, as promised, they came and performed my first maintenance completely free of charge. And not only that, I was due to change my air filter, but with the workload, I completely forgot, and it's something I always remember. The technician changed the filter for me, absolutely free. I have all my respect and admiration for the entire Avalon team; they are the best!
