Pedro is wonderful, intelligent, has great customer servuce skills, and best of all, fixed my ac for 80 bucks when veterans ac out of tarpon said i needed a 900 dollar blower motor. I will never call veterans again. Pedro is definitely my guy! The thermostat needed to be reattached to the wall with a larger base. It was unstable for some reason. Crazy

Arrives on time. Answered all my questions and I had a few. Gave me advice on maintaining. Cleaned the blower. Was polite , friendly. Courteous and professional.

I can't compliment Bay Area Air Conditioning enough! I had a problem with my A/C not blowing cold air, due to a combo of a bad part and low coolant, and I made the appointment online. I was given a window initially for 11am to 5pm for the day I scheduled it. That day, I received a call from them wondering if I would like them to stop by that same day! I rescheduled it, and they gave me a new window for 8am-12pm, and the tech, Patrick Thome 994, Was here EXACTLY on time, if not early. He was very kind and polite, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He diagnosed what was wrong, refilled my coolant, and sent in for the new part I needed in record time! The best part was that I only paid exactly what I expected to, not one of those situations where you pay to have someone come out and end up paying hundreds more that you weren't ready for. I highly recommend this company for anyone in their range of service!

Christopher Betz came to my house Sunday night to check my air conditioner, he was very nice and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was good before he left. I am very thankful that he was able to come out the same day and had a smile on his face. Great service!! I highly recommend Bay Area Air

Patrick was great. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue with my AC right away. He was friendly and also very quick and efficient.

The technician was able to come the next day at a time when I could be home. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He was patient and kind.

The gentleman that serviced our unit was very knowledgeable and respectful to my home. My only complaint was that the prices weren’t discussed before the job was done. I thought the only fee was the almost $100, turns out there was another $100 for the service, which I thought was reasonable for the work that he performed, but then there was an $80 extra fee on top of that. Not one word of price was mentioned until he was done and I’m definitely going to pay what is owed but to spring that extra fee on me was ridiculous. A simple “Hey, it’s gonna be $100 for this and then if I’m here past a certain point then they’ll be another $80 on top.” would have been nice to know.

Patrick came out and fixed my AC today. He was prompt, very personable and knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my AC. Patrick was able to quickly assess the problem and fix my AC with no problems, I highly recommend this company and will be using them again. Thanks again Patrick!

Both technicians were incredibly nice, professional, and informative throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything and made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving. I’m verbally with Paul. He got here on this very cold evening when we didn’t have any heat. A panel was replaced quickly and we finally have heat. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bay Area AC is a great company! Always prompt, thorough and is great at communicating. I have never felt taken advantage of or told something that wasn’t true. I 100% recommend them to all friends and family.

Our contact began with a message that he was on the way. Giovanny was very pleasant and professional. He was quick to give us an assessment of the situation along with our options and pricing.

Came home on Saturday night to a warm house. Call Bay Area the next morning and had a tech out here by about noon. Jeff was great got us back up and running within 30 minutes. Bay Area was recommended by out neighbors across the street who just had their whole system replaced. Hopefully we won’t need their services any time soon but if we do I will call Bay Area again.

Called at 2 pm for A/C service Giovanny your service tech was out by 3:30 or so, very knowledgeable and helpful, he is highly recommended took his time to make sure everything was working before he left, answered all questions and we were very happy with his service visit
