I highly recommend Avalon air and heating for any AC problems you might have. My AC stopped working and they got me back up and running within an hour of me calling. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did an awesome job. They went the extra mile and even rerouted my drain so I can actually have easy access to put my filter in. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I needed service on my central air unit due to freezing up and not cooling properly. My neighbor recommended Avalon Air and Heating. I called and spoke directly with the owner, Steve. He and Tyler came out quickly and took a look at the unit. Unfortunately, my concerns came true: I needed a new unit. Steve and Tyler came the very next day and did a wonderful job! My house is now ice cold!!! I absolutely recommended Avalon! Thanks Steve and Tyler for being professional, honest, and trustworthy.

Of course, if your air conditioning is going to go out, it's going to go out in August. We called Avalon heating and air and Keith, the salesman came out same day and gave us an estimate which we accepted as it was lower than other estimates we had received. Two days later. Steve, the owner came out with a helper and in 5 hours had our new AC professionally installed.they were very courteous, on time and very professional. I would recommend this company to anybody and will give their name to anyone that needs services or a new unit like we did. You won't be sorry if you call this company.

They installed my brand new unit 2.5 yrs ago. I called for my annual maintenance but they were backed up, which is expected of a good, trustworthy business/man/owner. But then my air quit on me and he had a cancellation n put me in that day. He showed up as planned and stayed til job was done n running cool. He had one of his guys go pick up the parts (Ocala, I believe) n brought them to him so he could have it done that day. He is much appreciated!! Will always call on him for any future needs I have or anyone I know who asks for a referral. Thanks Steve.

Everything was grest from first contact on face book on a weekend to a text and call on a Monday. They were easy to deal with, gave me options. Had better price than a local closer to me company.and once they got here I knew as I watched them work I made tge right choice . I woukd use them agin even if they were hire priced. They were paying attention to the little things other ac company's wouldn't do such as caulking around base the ac unit in garage sat on. Cleaning in The duct work thst they could get too and just all around a pleasure to deal with.

My A/C was dead and I called Avalon he gave me an estimate on the phone. The unit was installed 2 days later and works great for the price quoted. I now have a new A/C company A+ all the way!

Avalon Air did an incredible job for myself and my wife. We shopped around several air-conditioning companies and Avalon Air was honest truthful and gave me the best price. We probably called about six different companies . They installed a brand new 3 ton central AC unit in My Home and my God the workmanship was just excellent.
I am extremely satisfied with Avalon air and I would highly recommend them to anybody. They cleaned my ducks in my house. They cleaned up after themselves. The workmanship was 100%. I’d actually say 200%. they were kind, courteous, extremely professional.

Although our AC had not gone out completely our electric bills were outrageous. We contacted Steve at Avalon Air and Heating and he gave us a great deal on a new unit. Electric bills are so much less now. Thank you Steve for all you do.

We had our HVAC system replaced in January 2024. Since that time we have saved $2506.72 in electric bills. Best decision we ever made. Great company!

Steve and his crew installed a split system air conditioning in my home 02/14/2025. His crew worked together with a rhythm of knowledge and respect for each other. I was very impressed and knew I was being taken care of. I am an older person so this meant a lot. When finished everything was cleaned up and Steve explained in detail how to operate the unit. I was referred to Avalon Air by my neighbor who had them replace his AC unit last year and was very happy… I am VERY happy with my new AC unit, the ductwork and changing out some of the vents, proactively! I called Avalon and they sent 2 technicians the next day. They had my AC working within the hour. My unit is older, and while they mentioned it should be replaced they weren't pushy about it like other AC companies. The repair price was fair. I will definitely keep using Avalon!

I would highly recommend Avalon Heating & Air. It was so refreshing to have Steve return my call in less than 15 minutes. What is even more amazing, is that he was at my house Monday morning sharp! On Wednesday my new unit was installed. Thank goodness with 90 degree temps. It was all about exceptional customer service which was given!!Please give Steve a call. You will not be disappointed!!(A+)
