The best AC experience ever! Taufiq checked my unit out after three large ac shops came by and said I needed an expensive new unit. He added coolant to it and made it like new. If it only needs a tune-up, there's no need to replace the unit. Don't fall for the big AC companies' pitch of new equipment to make money. If it's not broken, don't buy into their game.

Logan Thompson was knowledgeable and very friendly. I would love for him to return to our home to perform the service. He was very thorough in explaining everything and making sure that we were satisfied before he left. !

We had a tech-check on our AC. He was professional, courteous and on-time. He said we could fix the AC, but he also recommended replacing it because it is 27 years old. The quote was what I expected, and our sales representative didn't pressurize us into making a decision. He gave us options and answered our questions.

P&G's service was excellent. They came out to give us a second estimate on a compressor which was failing. It turned our that we needed only a new cap instead of a brand new unit. The company is honest and of high quality. We highly recommend them.

Jessie was extremely thorough in cleaning and maintaining the a/c unit and main unit outside of my condo. He also took immediate action when he noticed that one started to leak water just as he left. It may have put him behind schedule, but his attention to detail and diligence are commendable. He was very polite, informative, and easy to speak to.

Mile High HVAC is to be commended, and in particular Steven & Angel. They saved our lives! The A/C stopped working just as the heatwave rolled in. Mile High HVAC was there to help us out quickly. They fixed the problem quickly and before we were completely melted.

Out of five people I contacted, they were only one who could offer a same-day repair. Julian was the tech I had. He was very friendly and efficient. Even though I paid directly to them, they were only one who was willing to work with my warranty in order for the job approval. Julian called my home warranty again and, by 9pm that evening, my unit had been repaired.

This is a fake company, I call them no body picked up. Second day they call and say for another company.

Extremely rude and unprofessional company. This company never got the memo that politics should stay separate from places of business. On top of that, all of their work is very cheaply done. Look to other companies instead and don’t waste your time.

Evaporator coil was changed, service was professional and thorough. You get what you pay for and this is not an area where you want to save a few pennies. We live in South Florida and you cant afford to gamble on quality.
