I had Zoom Zoom Air conditioning out today as part of my service contract to make a repair. I felt confident hiring them that they were gonna do a good job. Toni was my technician. He was very kind and courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do before he started the job and during the job had me come out there at several times to show me what he was doingkept me informed every step of the way I could see the progress of the work being done and I could see the end result I was very happy with the work that was done and the pricing
He was also accompanied by Rocky who also did a great job. He assisted in taking apart the equipment and cleaning it overall, I was very pleased with both men and the company. I would definitely recommend Zoom Zoom to others

Really happy with Mario visiting our house for fixing the HVAC system. He is a thorough professional whose recommendations is helping avoid long term issues.

Dominic Suriano did an outstanding job assessing the problem with my unit then returning to do the repairs. He explained the problem, showed me pics and gave estimate. He was very professional throughout the process, answered questions and advice as necessary.

Gio was professional, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and described the services he provided in an easy, technical manner that I understood. I felt confident in him as a representative of Zoom Zoom that he understood the business, and knew what he was doing. I would request Gio again.

Communications with the customer are easy and frequent. Technician Mario Reyes is all one could wish for in a technician: prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional. and efficient. Zoom zoom is keeping my 10yo AC in top notch condition. Gio was very professional and thorough. He answered all my questions. Gave me options with no pressure sales. Ill be going into spring with confidence and know zoom zoom is easy to reach in an emergency.

Guty Sum and his colleague Juan Flores did an excellent job installing a new HVAC UNIT. They both showed professionalism and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. It was evident that they are seasoned professionals who knew their stuff. The installation was seamless despite the inclement weather that impacted the outside installation of the a new Compressor.

Rocky Dodge, Technician performed a follow-up inspection on a new HVAC unit that was recently installed. Rocky brought his expertise by verfying that the unit was operating well and that there were no operational issues both outside (Compressor) and inside (Air Handler). Rocky was able to answer my questions post installaton on good maintenance practices and to point me in the right direction to resolve some adminstrtive issues.

Rocky was excellent and very knowledgeable. He did an awesome job and we will highly recommend him. He installed UV light and cleaned the blower motor since it had mold. He went beyond and above cleaning the surface as well.

Zoom Zoom Air Conditioning did an outstanding job installing our new Daikin unit. Juan and Guty were incredible — professional, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was running perfectly and answered all of our questions with patience and detail. Highly recommend Zoom Zoom for all your AC needs!

Rocky is Knowledgable and very good with customers. Made me feel right at ease and part of the zoom zoom family. Explained in length the issue I was facing. Today the team spent hours at my house replacing my second floor unit. They did a fantastic job. We’re extremely due diligent and very clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that reads this review. I worked with A previous company that went out of business and by default and luck I was able to wind up having Zoom Zoom Air now take care of my home I have been overwhelmed and amazed with their level of service. This company is amazing. Best experience I’ve ever had with an AC company or any kind of company since living in Florida the past 20 years they’re polite when they answer the phone they show up on time which that is a major major thing. It’s very hard to get anyone to show up on time in Florida I feel for any kind of services. They are very thorough with their evaluation and diagnostics of what is wrong with your HVAC unit the technicians I had out today Rocky and Tony. They were amazing. Kept me informed every single step of the way what was going on? I tend to hover a little bit over people when they’re here just being observant and I didn’t even get on their nerves lol but I am so glad I found this company. I’ve used them a few times now for my routine maintenance and when I needed service a few months ago and they’re just amazing. Don’t hesitate to look anywhere else except Zoom Zoom air.
