They were very thorough in trouble shooting my issue. I understand the technicians are busy but they left a tool at my house. I called and left a message and texted a number. No one responded to acknowledge that they got my message. An acknowledgement would be nice. Maybe I'm old but I feel you could at least say ok.

This has to be one of the best companies in Tallahassee. On two occasions the nicest men came and fixed all of our problems. I could not believe how they knew what the problem was and immediately fixed it.

This company is phenomenal. The technician was professional, courteous and a subject matter expert. I had another company come out about 18 months ago for the same issues and they did not explain, repair and replace like this company. We will definitely use this company in the future. Several days ago I contacted my home warranty company to have an electrician come out to my house to fix a ceiling fan that I believe wasn't grounded properly and was tripping the breaker. My home warranty company dispatched a company from Jacksonville but after realizing this I was able to get Fraser Electric dispatched and the next day I received a phone call letting me know that Trey would be calling me to let me know when he was on his way to my house. Shortly after that he called, said he was on his way in a few minutes. At the time he called I was headed to the store to get a few things and he said that was fine. It would take him 45mins to get to my house. When I got back to the house he was already there and fixing the problem. Trey had been working on the ceiling fan for about 20mins when I arrived back home. When I got back Trey explained what happened to the fan and was in the process of fixing the problem. It took about 30mins from that point to finish fixing the problem. I appreciate the good work and if I ever need an electrician Fraser Electric will be my first call.

They never called me back even after I called them back. They took my information and said someone would call me back shortly. The first time I called them back after 7 days of not hearing back. This time it’s been 8 days and no return communication. Don’t think I can recommend them. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. Hope this is an isolated incident; however I will not find out since I’ll not be using them.
Update: 06/07/2018 - today they finally sent me a quote via email. Although I appreciate finally receiving a quote it was a bit late and the quote was high by a large amount. Needless to say I’m disappointed in the timing and the price. I will be utilizing a competitor fo this service.

Amazing customer service from Rob and Nick. Nick was our technician and he got to the house and got straight to work. He was extremely knowledgable and made us feel confident that he would complete the work professionally. We have power and we're glad they were assigned as our service provider.

Was an okay experience but I felt very over priced considering they did not pick up all of their trash and more importantly left a smoke detector dangling from my ceiling which a wire came out of connection as a result and shocked me when I attempted to remount. To their credit, I did not call to have them come back but come on guys, check everything before you leave your inflated invoice and my driveway.

We were strung along with this company for over about 6 weeks continuing to tell us they would have our quote to the warranty company this week giving one excuse after another. 6 weeks later still have submitted nothing to our warranty company. Our warranty company reassigned to someone else. Don't waste your time with this company.

Fraser Electric Inc. recently came to my home to fix a large amount of electrical issues. They were able to come on very short notice, and work around our schedules and urgent needs. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They earned my respect and my lifelong business. I will continue to use Fraser Electric for all of my electrical needs.

We had our air conditioning go out and hoped it was an electrical issue. Turns out that it's an HVAC problem and Fraser couldn't fix it, but it wasn't their fault. While the tech was here he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and he took the time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond the normal call of duty and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

A nice family business. Ran into an issue where my entire meter box had to be replaced for a multi-family. Fraser electric was fast in the response and was able to get me and my neighbors back up and running as soon as possible and the price was competitive.
