I had one of the easiest service encounters in a long time. I scheduled a chimney inspection and cleaning in addition to a fireplace inspection, and everything was done expertly. To ensure there were no unforeseen fees later, the technician evaluated the chimney inspection cost up front. They discovered a few minor chimney repair problems when examining the chimney and provided straightforward explanations of the circumstances. Additionally, they looked for mold in the surrounding areas, which increased my trust in the state of my house. Throughout the visit, I was impressed by the technician's courtesy and expertise. The service seemed thorough, well-run, and well worth the money. Without a doubt, I would get in touch with this business once more for upcoming maintenance.

Professional team that takes pride in their work. Chimney was cleaned properly and the whole process was smooth. Very satisfied.

Made an appointment and the window was 9 to 12, no one ever showed up. Never got a confirmation of my appointment 24 hours before as I was told I would.
When I called the company the first time in the morning of the appointment, they told me that the technician was running late and that he would call me 30 minutes before coming to my place. 3 PM rolled around, I called the company again to check, they hung up pn me. Now they don’t even take my phone call anymore.
So, I don’t know if this is a scam or what the deal is, but I am very disappointed that I spent all my morning -that I could have been doing something else- waiting on these people to then just get lied to and ignored.

Made an appointment and the same thing happened to me. They were to come by 3 and I called to male sure they were still showing up and the person that answered said they cancelled the appointment saying they cant setvice my area?
They did not advise me so wasted my day waiting.
