Quality service and great price. They sent someone to assess why my 20 plus year old unit wasnt working in the winter. Found that not only was it broken it was unsafe. Got a great deal on a whole new unit to heat and cool. My power bills went down and my family is actually staying warm in the winter!

Billy was prompt and polite. He completed the repair quickly and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy with Bonds Elite Services, Inc.

Installed unit wrong left gaps at the plenum won’t build enough pressure to push air out to the far end of the house, they tried telling me it was my duct work but it leaks air from all around the unit so henceforth it can’t build pressure and come to find out they didn’t even tape the back side of where the unit ties to my duct work I guess I’m going to have to hire a real ac company to come fix these “professionals” mistakes, and another thing they came inside my home at 8 in the morning when no one was here, told their boss my thermostat said 73 degrees (because that’s as low as it will get without freezing up during the night) and they didn’t need to fix it, when I get home from work my thermostat is set on 77 everyday and my ac can barely maintain that without freezing up they have been to fix it 3 times and have failed to do so. Told me that they were only hired to install the a/c Which I thought meant install correctly. 10/10 would not recommend

Very annoyed with the way a warranty was handled with this company. I have a handful of properties and deal with a lot of repairs and warranty things. They came out for a leaking AC unit that they installed and had under warranty and somehow I received a bill over $200. I asked the standard hourly rate as guy was in and out within 15 minutes and they said they don't have one. I said I will pay when I get an itemized bill so I know the hourly rate going forward....The bill said $95 for drain cleaner. I have never paid that much...especially under warranty for anything. Not impressed and wont call again regardless of warranty. Cheaper to call my go to AC company without any warranty.

The team at Bonds are always very professional and helpful. My AC has gone out in some of the hottest months and Bonds is always very prompt in getting it back up and running. The Bonds team are also extremely honest. My unit is very old, however, its been minor issues to fix and they have never tried to upsell me.

We just bought a house built in 1959. To say it was creatively wired is an understatement. Bonds worked extremely hard for several days sorting through the bird’s nest of wires and making the needed corrections to bring the house up to code. Everyone we dealt with at Bonds, from the owner to the office staff to Scotty and Billy on-site, was patient, polite and professional. We greatly appreciate their efforts and the results.
