There was, unfortunately, a miscommunication with my property manager and Bonds Elite. Once Bonds Elite knew I had been without air for a few days, they quickly sent someone out same-day to diagnose the issue and get my repairs started. I worked with Joel, who was very knowledgeable and genuinely a kind person! I was throughly impressed with their professionalism.

While I don't get to control who my Property Manager hires, I already recommended this company to people I know!

Mardochee Florestal is a great employee! The issue was diagnosed quickly and repaired safely. He even showed me how to check for myself in case there's another trigger in the outlet again. I would definitely recommend Bonds Elite Service INC to anyone needing reliable electrical work!
