Very grateful and pleased with the service from this company. My air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air over a week ago i called my insurance and they referred some company called keith key air, they said nothing was wrong with the unit. Then a week later they said it may be the capacitor but that it would not be in until the falling week. I immediately called clayton homes which is where i bought my home. They immediately said called Ron Bonds he's the one who installed my unit they came out the same day I called and figured out why my air wasn't working. Which was because my pipes were clogged and one was frozen. Omg if it weren't for this company i would still be in a hot house! Thanks Bonds electrical you guys saved my family and I from this heat.

Excellent and quality service! Mr. Bonds was quick to help us get our duct work and rain guard repaired. Air flow in house was fully restored.

My experience(s), thus far:

1. June, 2018 - tried installing a different unit than what was purchased with our modular home. They brought a combined unit, when we purchased a split unit (outdoor heat exchanger.) The Modular Home Dealer contracted them, or we would have ceased doing business at this point.

2. The unit was installed incorrectly. The opening to the air intake was completely blocked off by the drip pan, so the only air it could draw was from the small space remaining within the closet holding the unit. Only one, young, obviously inexperienced person was sent to install this thing.

3. They had to return to fix/connect the ductwork in the attic.

3. May 24, 2019, we arrive home to a non-functioning unit. Yes, Memorial Weekend with temps in excess of 100°. Unit is still under warranty at that point. Mr. Ron Bonds, himself, instructed my husband how to by-pass something to get it "working." He then determined it to be "non-emergent," meaning he didn't have to come right away.

4. September 27, 2019 - FOUR MONTHS later, 1:30pm we get a text response to our inquiry as to their arrival time : "The day is not over." No, Mr. Bonds, the day is not over, but my PATIENCE with you is.

Bonds should be everyone’s go to for anything electrical, heating or AC. Our AC went out last week and the owner himself came over to help after hours. Part was needed, but that did not stop the team from getting us back up and running until the part came in. The communication was spot on and service was above and beyond. Make Bonds your first call!!!!
