Brandon did an outstanding job diagnosing our problem, fixing our problem, and explaining what went wrong. He then educated us on the importance of getting a maintenance plan for our unit. I will be contacting Donny’s to schedule a maintenance follow up.

Donnie's does a great service and actually understand and know what they are about. More often then not it feels like HVAC companies are sales men pushing new equipment and not there to keep your equipment tip top shape. Highly recommend their service plan.

Jarvis arrived on time for a routine maintenance of our HVAC system. He explained everything he would be doing. He advised everything looked great and also listed everything he did on our copy of the receipt. We have been using Donny's Heating and Air ever since they installed our new system back in 2019. We purchased the routine maintenance plan and it's very affordable and I don't have to worry about it. They come out every 6 months for routine maintenance.

My husband and I have used Donny’s Heating and Air Conditioning since 2020. Each visit has been a pleasure. Today’s technician Jarvis was particularly detail oriented, thorough and extremely professional.

Had my six month check up for my AC unit and my dehumidify unit that we have on our home. Couldn’t say enough about Jarvis. He is amazing. Everybody at Donny’s’s heating and air is amazing if you do not have someone call them and get them they are very reliable, prompt, and courteous.

After 4 months of dealing with a terrible company dispatched by my home warranty company, Donny's Heating & Air FINALLY came through with a proper diagnosis and repair of my AC issue. The technician, Hunter, was courteous, professional, and even arrived early for the repair appointment today. As I have state previously, I have been extremely happy with the service, the staff, and the professionalism of Danny's. Hunter did a great job. Analyzed the issue started the repairs had parts delivered. We were back up and running in a couple hours and he showed up in 30 minutes and he knows what he's doing. Outstanding service.

Donny’s installed the unit bout 2 years ago. They came out & helped worked with us on keeping our old unit running for as long as we could while we saved up some money for a new one, and installed a new one for us when the time came. They’ve been great about maintenance, and when we had a small issue come up recently with other aspects of the house (not directly related to the hvac, but could impact the hvac) we called and they came out & reinspected the unit and ducts at no cost. Outstanding company, great communication, & a great team they have. Would recommend to everyone!
