My tech Jarvis was on time, courteous and efficiently completed our HVAC maintenance service. I was given reminders leading up to the appointment and also day of received a call letting me know he was on his way. Great customer service.

The reason I stay with Donny's is their honesty and integrity. Today I had a AC Tech come by the house to check on an issue that started to occur when I received the last service. The Tech was honest about a side panel that had been mistaken left off during the service. This made the fix simple; put the side panel back on. And because of the Tech's honesty I was not charged. That is why I highly recommend Donny's...they are not too proud to admit an honest mistake, fix it and not charge the customer. Thanks Hunter for you honesty and integrity.

The job still needs to be completed. Even though I spoke with people in your office twice about the filter needing to be replaced, Jarvis did not have one on the truck. Please let's finish the job. Otherwise, the technician was fine.

Jarvis was professional and very thorough. We have always been pleased with Donny's, great company. I would certainly recommend them.

When my A/C went out late in the day, Donny's sent a repairman who arrived within 30 minutes of my call. Terry diagnosed the problem immediately and came back early the next morning with the part and made the repair. Excellent, courteous service.

Terry came out ahead of schedule and was very polite and professional. He listened to my explanations of the problems and took my input into consideration as he prepared to examine my air conditioning system. He quickly assessed and began troubleshooting. He found a suitable solution and made the necessary repairs and was finished in less than an hour.

Updated January 29th, 2026-Jarvis did today’s service. As always, professional, great attitude, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended Donny’s and their team. Donny’s Heating and Air has consistently provided excellent service. In addition they are very good with appointments, notifications, and answering questions.
