Had the pleasure of first speaking with Jody in the office, then Andrew about an estimate for a new unit. I can’t say enough about their friendliness, honesty and great customer service. The technicians that installed my unit were very professional as well. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

We had Giddens install a new heat pump just in time for winter. The installation took less than a day. Andrew and the rest of the crew have been very friendly and helpful. A great experience overall!

Very professional company. Provides quality service and excellent products. They installed the A/C unit in my house over ten years ago and have been the only ones I call to service it. I decided to have a ductless unit installed in my bedroom and did not hesitate to call Giddens to purchase and install the new unit. Jody, office manager, has always been extremely helpful. All the technicians are knowledgeable and very professional.

We called Giddens to fix our broken AC because we heard they were honest and did a good job and we couldn't agree more! A very nice gentleman came and fixed it after ordering the parts we needed (sorry I forgot your name!). Thank you so much!

Highly recommend. The team was prompt, very courteous and knowledgeable. I had an entire HVAC replaced and am very happy with the service I received from front office (Jody), sales (Andrew) and the knowledgeable install crew.

The crew that installed my air conditioner did a super job. In addition they were very professional and I am more than pleased. I wholeheartedly recommend Giddens for a great experience.

Jody was very helpful in getting our AC repair completed, even recommending another company as they were busy and understandably so at this time of year. I let her know that we could wait for a scheduled opening or if one popped up earlier. The outside fuse/breaker is located inside the eletrical panel and Trent (arrived as scheduled and very knowledgeable) showed me how to access the panel for next time without breaking the electric company seal. Fortunately for us that is just what happened as we have unexpected power outages and this time it was only the breaker in the panel and not a capacitor as I was thinking. Thank you Jody and Trent.

My heat went out Sunday morning around 2am..panicking ii called Giddens and left a message so that I could be first on the list for Monday morning not bowing i would receive a phone call seconds later from Jody stating that she would have a tech to me by the afternoon..I was all ready to stay somewhere else for tge night but I was up and running with heat by 12 oclock...highly recommend thos company...very pleased and warm customer

Giddens has installed 3 units for us in the past few years (one main unit and 2 mini-splits). Their prices were fair, installation was efficient, and technicians were respectful of our property and time. When a couple of issues occurred this summer, we called to schedule appointments for service. Jody was able to walk us through trying to correct the problems ourselves to avoid service charges. You don't find many companies offering to do that. We are glad we chose Giddens for our HVAC needs. We will always recommend Giddens to anyone who has HVAC needs!

Our 21 year old AC system quit and, liking Giddens' maintenance previously, we asked them over and got a fair quote for a Daikin heat pump system, and a great explanation from Andrew why the Daikin Fit would best serve us - including our desire for a quiet system. It's now installed and running great (and quietly). The whole process was fairly quick, Andrew was very knowledgable and responsive, the installers were great, and the office was always communicating with us. Thanks to the team!

My call was immediately picked up by a kind receptionist whom I was able to describe the issue to, and she provided a quick troubleshooting step to determine whether it was a quick-fix malfunction or if service was needed.
After that was settled, Trent made time to come out for an after-hours call (surcharge as there usually is for after-hours work), quickly diagnose the issue, repair the Freon leak, and recharge the Freon out here on a muggy day. Trent was chill and professional, and quick to outline exactly what's going on with next steps.

Donny's company has provided excellent service for the past 7 years since my 2 units were installed when my house was built in 2018. Their annual maintenance service contract always keeps my units running in top condition and catches problems while they are minor. I'm very satisfied with the recent work to replace the evaporator coil done by technician Terry. He correctly diagnosed the leak problem and expertly performed the work. Additionally, Donny's office staff kept me informed about the delivery timeline for the part ordered to repair my AC unit. I greatly appreciate the entire teams' professionalism and highly recommend Donnny's if you need HVAC work.

Our serviceman was very knowledgeable and even talked to us about a product that could clean the air in addition to our filter. Great job!

Second (2/13) review: This is my second review. Both 5 stars. This time, Terry, our service tech, came out to do our annual maintenance. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I were both working from home, so he was also very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. Another great interaction with Donny's Heating and Air.

First review: Scott, our service tech, took good care of us. Our heater went out the night before the snowstorm. I called Donnie‘s heating and AC around 6 AM. Scott was at my house by 9 o’clock. He immediately diagnosed the problem, but the parts weren’t available because the parts store was closed due to the conditions on the road (something Scott had to certainly deal with coming to our house). The next day, as soon as the parts store was open, Scott picked up the parts, came to my house and repaired the heater.

Hunter was great. I appreciate how quickly they responded and fixed our heat.

Our experience with Donny's was great. Someone came out to our house within 24 hours. Our quote was lower than we expected it to be for a whole unit replacement. They scheduled us within two weeks and actually were able to get the job done a little sooner because they had a cancellation.
The crew was on time and done within a few hours. There were no unexpected surprises on our bill and everything went as smoothly as can be!

Scott from Donny’s heating and air serviced my unit today and I was very pleased. He was friendly and professional and kept me posted on what he was doing and how well my unit was performing. Thank you Scott for great service today! I have been using Donny’s since I bought my home almost nine years ago. I’m so glad that I have a maintenance plan with them and I appreciate the notification that I receive when it’s time for my maintenance.
