Oleksandr diagnosed our drier with a damaged heating element very quickly & worked very efficiently. He cleaned out all of the lint thoroughly, sent pictures of the work & provided helpful suggestions about the settings on the drier. I would highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair!

This is the most responsive and competent repair company I have dealt with in get the partmy 20+ years in Florida. The technician arrived for the first visit and quickly diagnosed the problem. The ice maker needed to be replaced. He advised it would take a couple of days to get the part. He called me as soon as he received it, we made an appointment that was convenient. He Then arrived right on time and quickly got the job done. I could not be more pleased with Excellence or the technician, Maksym. I would definitely recommend the company and the technician.

My service repairman, Volodymyr Martynovych, was a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated outstanding technical knowledge on different product manufacturers, completing major repairs on my Samsung washer and LG dryer. During his first visit, he identified all that was needed, ordered the parts necessary, and promptly returned to finish the job. He even worked late into the evening to get both machines back up and running. I was very impressed by his dedication and work ethic. I highly recommend Volodymyr and will be using him for all future appliance repairs!

Excellent service! Professional, honest, genuine man named Max came out. Our gas oven did not work. Turned out it was the igniter. We Put a deposit down, the part was ordered and came in 2 days just like he said. If it didn’t work, then we would get a refund. Luckily, it did work, he was very helpful, careful and clean! We had them come out many months ago when we had an issue with our fridge. We had called them 10 o'clock at night and they came out the next morning. Extremely convenient! Maksim(I forgot the correct spelling? Sorry!) But they were beyond great. They got the fridge all fixed up and taught us some preventative maintenance and things we can do to keep everything running smoothly. They were in and out and very professional.

Max was as usual (as he repaired our ice maker a while back) very pleasant, introducing himself and is a top notch caliber repair tech who quickly diagnosed our washing machine issue. Unfortunately we needed to by a new one as ours was 9 years old with heavy daily washings. He was up front and honest about the fact that the machines transmission was shot. I will only use them for my repairs.

Greg Phillips is a lifesaver!!! He’s fast and efficient! Knowledgeable and reliable.. I could go on for days. I wouldn’t go with any other company other than PGM all techs are great but that Greg is one of one !

Had PGM service come out today to repair a fryer that I’ve had issues with for a few days. The technician, Bonnelly, arrived prior to lunch service and had the piece of equipment working with in moments. He then proceeded to fully test all parts to ensure we would be squared away. We will be continuing to call Gary and team at PGM in the foreseeable future.

Absolutely loved the service from Doug and Ian! Very fast and nice and very informative! Out of all the guys we have had from PGM by far the BEST WORKERS PGM has is Doug and Ian!
