Volodymyr was great he was very good about making sure it fit right and the fridge was fixed even had to replace the gasket cuz the one received wasn’t big enough at first. Thank you for coming during the holiday season

Our ice maker on our fridge was leaking and ice would not dispense. We had a tech come out and said the flap where the ice comes out was staying open. Water is clearly leaking all over the unit. He spent about 15 minutes and left for 85 dollars. The ice machine is still leaking no ice coming out issue not fixed. Not a great diet service experience with this company. They need to come back out and actually fix the issue. The tech did not seem to know what he was doing.

Update I received a call and was told the tech would come out and would not leave until the issue was resolved. He did come back and said the water line must have broke inside the door. He said the door would need to be taken apart and repairs made. Then he said he can’t make that repair and left. So much for we are going to fix the issue no matter what. 2 days I stayed home for this service and issue not resolved. They did refund our money but we still have the issue with no help or resolution. Will never use Excellence Appliance Repair again.

Max quickly found the problem and fixed it. He was very polite and has a lot of experience. Wonderful service and experience.

Max came by right on time, diagnosed the issue extremely fast and resolved the issue efficiently and explained it all clearly. He answered the questions I had and gave me advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. I will absolutely be using them in the future and requesting him!

Max came out to fix the ice and water dispenser of my Sub Zero refrigerator. He was punctual and greeted me at the door with a big smile. He fixed my problem within minutes. Fantastic customer service. I’m almost looking forward to my refrigerator breaking down again. 🤭

Our oven died the weekend before Christmas and Volodymyr took our call
On a Saturday and serviced us on Monday. But he needed a part, but was able to get it Christmas Eve and installed it. Excellent service!

Our technician was Alex and he was knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. He had the parts we needed and fixed the issue immediately. He was very professional and explained the issue clearly, and got our washing machine working properly again. 5 stars service technician. Thank you to this company for getting out to fix our washing machine and doing such a great job!

We placed a call for a refrigerator line repair at 130 pm on Friday afternoon. We we're thrilled to have a repairman at our door by 3pm. The company let us know who was coming and when to expect him. The repair was complete within 24 hours after the needed part was. We were very happy with the service and will keep them in mind as other issues occur.

Our dryer stopped working on Thanksgiving. We called excellence appliance repair first thing Friday morning and Max was able to come out that day and order the part needed. He came back Monday to finish the repair. He was very efficient and professional. We will definitely call again, Thanks Max!
