Jonathan Parker came to our restaurant on a Friday night when our pizza oven went out, took a look and figure out what was wrong . Came back on Saturday to fix everything! Called Michael from PGM yesterday and was very surprised he could do a next day repair on one of our fryers. Repaired fryer before opening for lunch and very happy with his service.

We were up against a deadline. Our Lodge has a meeting and dinner in 3 days. We went to fire up a brand new gas stove only to find out it has the wrong gas jets on it and now I'm without a stove. Thank goodness PGM came to the rescue. Waldo and Greg showed up at 6AM and knocked out the problem quickly and efficiently. Very knowledgeable and professional. I hope I never have to see them again :) but if I need equipment work, I' calling PGM.

I had Chris come to our restaurant for multiple repairs. He has always been very knowledgeable and professional.

The team showed up at 5:30am to transfer equipment from our old spot to our new! Fast, friendly, rolled with the punches and seriously, these guys are strong as hell! They ended up having to carry 4 pieces of heavy refrigeration + 2 grills and a six-burner range by HAND on and off of our trailer, up onto theirs, then all the way into the building (no castors, nothing could be rolled). Could not be more stoked with how today went! Hope those guys are enjoying a piña colada or something right now after all that. 10/10
