I had an issue with my washer and needed a technician to look at it. The phone representative was friendly and helpful and booked my appointment for the next day. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He was friendly also and gave me helpful recommendations to prevent problems in the future. They send helpful text alerts for appointment confirmation, arrival time, and invoice emails. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Came out and diagnosed my 8 year old GE washer, ordered parts and fixed within a week’s time. They would’ve fixed same day had they of had the parts. I think the price was high, however in dealing with others - I would pay it again. Staff was clean, professional, punctual and did everything right the first time. I will be calling them should I need them in the future.

Ok ice maker been down for about a month not sure if that was the problem and was so nervous trying to find the right service company.. Lucky🍀🍀 me I stumble across Hartman's still feeling unsure.. After my washer flooded my laundry room I reached out and spoke with Christine who was very professional and had me an appointment the same day. Bruce showed up right on time and took care of getting my washer fixed and making me a Happy Camper. :) I will definitely utilize this Company again in the future. Ryan was meticulous in his parts research and acquired the correct replacements the first time where others had failed. He efficiently installed them, tested the repairs and cleaned up. Hope to never need him again but he is our "GO TO" guy!

I needed to service my dryer due to the squeaking noise that it produced, so I contacted Hartman’s to schedule an appointment. They were quick to book the time and technician had to come out twice, to perform diagnostic test and to install a part. During the process, I was continuously informed about how long it may take to get the part in and at the same time worked around my schedule to come back and complete the work. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would highly recommend Hartman’s Repair.

Our washer just randomly stopped working, called them and they were able to get someone out same day. He was on time, professional, and showed my husband a few tips to prevent/keep the problem from happening again. We live in an old, rented house, so we deal with a lot of repair people, and this is probably the first time anyone has gone out of their way to help us understand and fix in the future. No complaints from us!

Long story short, an official GE repair tech told me my oven was "Unrepairable". Jason from Hartman's came out and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. This is a $3,000 oven... From "unrepairable" to "good as new" in 10 minutes.
